Highly recommend this Practice and Dr Ankita Sheth. I am a 58 year patient. The practice is clean and modern. The staff took very good care and overall my experience was very positive. Dr Sheth was very thorough, patient and skilled. She communicates very well, takes the time to explain the procedures and lets us know what to expect. She is mindful of the discomfort and takes utmost care to alleviate it. She and her staff give clear aftercare instructions. I hope to have Dr Sheth take care of my dental needs as I age and face attendant challenges. Thank you so very much.

My experience as new patient was very bad at this location. I was scheduled for a basic cleaning as I had a deep dental cleaning 5 months ago. When I made my appointment, the front desk booked me for 12:30pm. I made it clear to her that I had to go to pick up my son from school at 2pm. She told me that the process would take 1 hour. When I got there, they spent almost 2 hours for X-rays and exams without meeting my needs that I came for. After 15 minutes no one showed up, I told someone that I had to leave. The financial Advisor came to me very rude asking me to pay $78 for my basic dental cleaning while my insurance should cover the cost. She refused to explain why I have to $78 for the basic. Finally, she told me that go to somewhere else. I got up and left without my basic dental cleaning.explain

Poor customer service. No call backs to left voice messages. Deposits are moved between appointments and open balances. When confronted about the practice; they flipped it back even after it was requested they do not do that action. I also found it surprising that they even require deposits to book appointments; a practice I've never seen at any other dentist. ----- After the review I received a call and a satisfactory resolution was reached. Thank you.

This office seems to be understaffed, disorganized and non-professional. They cannot even retrieve my files that I had emailed them and the dentist literally looked at the files/x-rays on my phone to determine dental work that I needed for the future. Not good , I had asked for a follow up phone call which I still did not receive. I changed dentist and will never return to this office

Awesome service! 7/18/22 Update: The new hygienist MAI is the absolute best EVER!! She made sure that I felt no discomfort (due to other issues) and she communicated throughout the entire appointment. Kia was very helpful/knowledgeable with explaining my insurance benefits and treatment plan. Dr. Lee makes coming to the dentist stress-free! She is WONDERFUL!

The biggest joke of a dentistry office. I had a 9:30 am appointment for a simple teeth cleaning and didn't go into the back until after 10:00am. After X rays I waited another 30 minutes for someone to come see me...she scratched on my teeth and informed be that I had something the doctor needed to examine. During this time they were helping other people. They told me I have cavities and my crown was bad, but they couldn't treat it today because they did not have time. Complete waste of time and I wish I did not go. I believe they were trying to screw me out of extra teeth work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Generally, it's an OK practice but definitely has room for improvement. You are greeted with a notice at the reception desk that if you're over 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled (BTW, I wasn't late). Then they didn't bring me to a chair until 25 minutes after my scheduled time. Double standard much?? Also, when I asked about tooth whitening it wasn't really made clear to me what the process is. Furthermore, I was issued a prescription for toothpaste that they do not carry and was given no prior notice about. This office has a serious communication problem.
