Dr Stoner and his staff are top notch!!! Always professional, accomadating and compassionate. We moved 80 miles away and still drive to his practice for service!!!

I LOVE this office. I am one of those people very nervous to see the dentist and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable and very very friendly. Beautiful office ! Dr stoner is very thorough and good and communicating. Absolutely no pain during the procedure !

I can't begin to describe how awesome this place is. From check in to check out it was amazing. I was very anxious and every person there made certain I was greeted and made comfortable. Dr. Stoner was so professional but most of all compassionate and kind. His assistant was an absolute angel. Excellent place !!!

I have been going to Dr Stoner for several years now. He and his staff are all terrific. They go out of thier way to make you feel comfortable and the level of care is second to none.

So far, my experience with Dr. Stoner has been outstanding. He has turned what could have been the worst diagnosis for my mouth into something that can be fixed. I would recommended him to anyone seeking a really good family dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Stoner for over 10 years, as has my family. But I won't be going here any longer. After leaving my house 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment (which is only a 25 minute drive) I hit terrible traffic because of a wreck at malfunction junction. I call, to be courteous, to let them know I'll be about ten minutes late. The assistant said no problem, just call back if it's any longer than 10 minutes. I call back after finally getting through the stop and go traffic, halfway there, to let her know it would be 15 minutes and at the latest 20 minutes until I got there (as my gps stated) and she canceled my appointment because someone else was scheduled after me. I understand having to keep a schedule, but I have been going there for YEARS driving from Hoover/Vestavia just for this office. The fact that #1 They didn't explain in our first phone call that they would force a reschedule after being 20 minutes late, but not 15 minutes (which would have been very nice/courteous for my GAS TANK) as if they don't already take me back 5 minutes later than my appointment time in general on any other day and #2 because I have been going there for years to not be able to work with my ONE TIME tardiness due to something out of my control, they've lost my business for life. I've never left a poor review before but this was just pitiful and inexcusable.

I would not recommend Dr. Stoner. He is very nice, but does poor work. Me and my husband both had to get things corrected that he did. As a result of his poor work, I now need a root canal, because he filled too close to the nerve. I called to leave a message for Dr. Stoner to call me so I could talk to him about it. Instead, the office manager called me back and was very rude. She denied that they did anything wrong and hung up on me. This is not how I want to be treated as a patient.

Dr. Stoner is cheaper than most places, but you get what you pay for. Very low quality work. Had to go to another dentist to have his work corrected. Office staff are very unprofessional. If Dr. Stoner spent half as much time on my teeth as he did flirting with his hygienist, he may have done a better job.

There's not a bad word that could be said about Dr. Stoner or his staff. They're all incredibly nice and make having any dental procedure an absolute breeze. I've never had an issue with billing or insurance that wasn't resolved immediately and efficiently and I highly recommend this office to every person I know.
