Dr. Ross Jackson grew up in McKinney and graduated from McKinney North High School. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University, where he met his future wife, Kristi. He attended UT Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School and graduated Cum Laude. From there, he completed a one-year General Dentistry residency at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas.
Dr. Jackson believes in treating his patients as family members. He believes in compassionate, high quality dental care for the whole family. He is dedicated to serving McKinney and the surrounding areas for years to come.
Dr. Taylor spent most of her childhood moving around the southeast, but has called DFW home since 2001. She attended the University of Kansas, where she earned a degree in journalism. Following graduation, she worked for an advertising agency in Kansas City, helping produce television commercials for Sonic Drive In. Shortly after beginning her career, she felt a calling to go back to school to pursue dentistry. Returning home to the great state of Texas, she attended the University of North Texas and received a B.A. in biology, graduating cum laude. She was then accepted to Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. She graduated with Deans Honors and was the only student in her class to be awarded by the American Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry for excellence in aesthetic dental work. Dr. Taylor prides herself on providing compassionate and gentle dentistry to all of her patients, treating them as if they were her own family.
Dr. Taylor and her husband Mike were married in 2012. They have two daughters, Laine and Alex, and a silver labrador retriever, Nash. They are always out and about with friends and family, spending time on the lake, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks!
Dr. Laura Bratcher grew up in the surrounding area, and after graduating from The Colony High School, she attended Texas A&M University where she received her B.S. in Biomedical Science. She then went on to dental school at UT Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Deans Honors in 2002.
Dr. Laura prides herself on treating her patients as if they were her own family members or closest friends. Her greatest pleasure has been creating smile makeovers and giving her patients the confidence to smile again. She aims to provide thorough, honest, and gentle care, with the ultimate goal of creating a life-long patient/dentist relationship.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Laura enjoys spending time with her family, her two boys, Brayden and Brody, and their dogs, Ollie and Sayla. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, cheering on her beloved Aggies, and just enjoying life!!
Dr. Michelle Mendoza graduated Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from UTs Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is a native of Chihuahua, Mexico and moved to Texas to achieve her dream of becoming a dentist. It was through the experience of getting braces as a child that she decided to make a career of improving smiles, and has been enjoying treating patients of all ages for more than 17 years.
Dr. Michelle loves to participate in community service and one of her favorite services is the Give Kids a Smile Program, which donates dental services to children in need. Dr. Mendoza and her husband have two wonderful sons and a beautiful daughter. She enjoys swimming, reading, yoga and volunteer work. Her favorite hobbies are traveling with her family and experiencing new cuisines and cultures.
Dr. Tim Brister grew up in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. In 2002, he graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. Dr. Tim then completed three additional years of specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry. This specialized program of study and hands-on experience prepared him to meet the unique needs of infants, children and adolescents, including those with special health care needs. He received a Masters degree in Dental Public Health at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, as well as the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and the Center for Disabilities and Development.
Dr. Tim is a member of the following dental organizations: Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Greater Dallas Pediatric Dental Society, Texas Dental Society, and North Texas Dental Society.
He decided to specialize in pediatric dentistry because after being a general dentist, he realized that when he was working with children, he felt like he was making a difference. Dr. Tim believes kids are like sponges just waiting for someone with a little patience to show them how to do things.
Limiting his practice enables him to set up an environment designed to encourage imagination and learning. Dr. Tim enjoys being a pediatric dentist because it is one of the few professions where a professional can have fun with children all day long and watch them grow up from infancy all the way to college.
Dr. Jodi Tenney grew up in Plano, Texas and then went to Texas A&M in College Station. Her dental degree came from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. She also went on to complete two extra years there to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry and received her certificate in this field. Dr. Jodi decided to specialize in pediatrics because she feels that she can make a difference. Being a mom of three young kids has given her the patience and perspective to be able to compassionately treat children. Dr. Jodi loves seeing kids that love coming to the dentist and being able to give a little encouragement to those that dont.

One of the best dental offices I have ever been to. The woman that cleaned my teeth did a great job was was very gentle and the doctor that did my filing was the best. I would highly recommend them.

For me dentophobia is an understatement. Even as I begin to write this review my anxiety and heart rate have increased ten fold. My palms are sweaty, but I remind myself how calm and professional the Stonebridge staff were. Nicole and Dr. Taylor were not only able to make me feel at ease, but comfortable enough to set up a follow-up plan. Sure my anxiety remains, but I know I'm in good hands. If you're like me you'll want to visit Stonebridge Ranch Dentistry. They won't pressure you into anything you can't handle and they will work at your pace. Highly recommend the experience so far. I still don't recommend going to any dentist for fun, but Stonebridge has certainly gained my trust moving forward. Good luck!

I am absolutely so disappointed in the way I was treated for my 6 year old daughters first cavity filling. I showed up with her and my other daughter who is 2 and was told I was not allowed back in the room with my 6 year old bc I had my 2 year old with me. Never was I told before the appt that I was not allowed to have anyone else with me for her filling. I asked if I could go back and check on her and make sure she was ok while my 2 year old sat and watched tv in the waiting room , and they told me if I go back I have to stay back there and that they are not responsible for my 2 year old so my hands were tied. No one was willing to work with me. I will never be back. We have been coming here since my 6 year old was 2 years old, but the way I was treated today was unacceptable.

These folks keep sending scam emails asking for payment of bills. I live across the world and have never vistited them. What makes them think it is OK to keep annoying and annoying me despite writing to them to request they act to remove my email from their system? (They said "Just delete" but the emails keep on keep on coming into my Gmail account.)

I recently switched to Dr. Ross Jackson after my son had an appt with him and said he was great. Hands-down the best dental practice! The receptionists are so kind, the hygienist was amazing, and Dr. Jackson and his dental assistant were FANTASTIC!

My family and I have been patients for several years and we have been consistently impressed with the staff at Stonebridge Ranch Dentistry. They are fantastic with kids and always super friendly. Had a great conversation with Hope today and learned some new tips and tricks to improve my cleaning between visits. Office is always extremely clean as well. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ross and his assistants have been so sweet and caring each time I have been in this year. Dr. Ross is gentle and quick when doing dental work. I know things are going well when he hums his little tune quietly!! Thank you SRD for having such a pleasant staff throughout the practice and making each visit such a breeze!

I absolutely love Stonebridge Ranch Dentistry!! My kids have been going to their kids dentistry side,Texas Pediatric Dentist since we've moved here 12 yrs. ago! We as a family love it! Everyone is so welcoming, nice and professional. The Dentists and staff take their time to explain your treatment and make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed. During this time with coronavirus they are taking every precaution to make sure that patients are safely taken care of.

I love Stonebridge Ranch Dentistry. I just switched to them and had a crown replaced. The crown is made in house and I was done in 2 hours. They have an amazing team and love their service. They are amazing. Thank you !!!!!!

Excellent experience. I have very sensitive gums, which has lead to many previous unpleasant dental visits at other dentist offices, and dentist visit anxiety. Thankfully, now that I see Dr Jackson, my anxiety and pain are both gone. Dr Jackson and his staff always take extra care to make sure I'm not hurting or uncomfortable. They're all warm, friendly, and genuinely care about offering you the best experience they can. Highly recommend!

Nurses and Doctors are really friendly and they listen to the parents concerns relevant teeth issues of their children. and they all did a wonderful job with a High customer service. I really recommend this place to everyone.

The people and doctors here are very nice but i've been going to them for 3 years and they didn't mention that my bite had shifted A LOT from the first time I saw them. Now going for ortho and jaw surgery.. I asked for my XRAY from 3 years ago to compare to now and the ortho was amazed they didn't say anything. I've been in numerous times since my original xray for fillings/root canals and cleanings. If you're going for just a cleaning they are great. But I will be switching my husband and I to a dentist we can trust longterm.

The team at SRD always share a delightful energy, a calming confidence and an attention to detail that can only be discovered in the trenches of some pretty funky places. At 38 and finally close to having braces for the first time, I am pretty pumped, and wouldn't want any other team to get me there.
