Dr. Nikta Marvdashti has been a family and cosmetic dentist for over 25 years. She obtained her DDS degree from the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences Dental School in 1991. After practicing dentistry for several years overseas, she migrated to the United States where she completed a residency program, Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine (2007-2008). There, she passed the Northeast Regional Board of Examiners (NERB) with one of the highest scores in her class.
Dr. Niktas advanced academic training attained during her residency program, many years of experience, and continuous education qualifies her to provide optimal care for her patients. Her insistence to keep up with the latest dental advancements is derived from her passion for finding the most effective methods to ensure her patients comfort while delivering the best overall oral health. Her comprehensive approach to dental health addresses issues early-on before they develop into bigger and more costly experiences.
Dr. Nikta currently is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), Virginia Dental Association (VDA), and Northern Virginia Dental Society (NVDS).
Dr. Nikta resides in Fairfax with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and admiring works of art. Her appreciation of the arts has inspired her own creativity in the form of photography, her favorite hobby.
Dr. Changi has the capability to diagnose and manage all types of periodontal and peri implant diseases and conditions. He is proficient in both non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatment modalities. He also has extensive experience in all facets of oral implantology, including immediate and delayed implant placement, digital treatment planning, guided bone regeneration, implant temporization and management of peri-implant disease. His training provided him see the oral cavity as a whole and to treat patients comprehensively using a multi-disciplinary approach.
Olivia is our office manager, insurance specialist, and patient coordinator with more than 13 years of experience in the dentistry field. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and care enhances our patients experience at our dental office. Her goal is to provide a positive experience from transactions over the phone to when patients step through the door of our office.In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

I had such a wonderful experience here with all the staff for cavity fills and some cosmetic work. I generally avoid dentists but this was painless and absolutely comfortable. Their office is also gorgeous and you can watch the clouds go by with their large windows as you sit in the chair. Thank you Stone Springs Dentistry

Dr Nikta is hands down the best dentist in South Riding. Both me and my husband have been her patients for more than 2 years now. She is amazing, patient, explains everything so well. The facility is so clean and easily accessible. Would highly recommend her!!

I consulted with Dr. Nikta Marvdashti concerning possible courses of action regarding my teeth, which have bad tetracycline staining. She was very honest about the possibilities, which I appreciate very much. The office is very clean, the support staff are professional, and the office clearly has a routine to address Covid cleaning.

Dr. Nikta and the Stone Springs Dentistry staff are so respectful, accomodating and always willing to discuss options with you. I was scheduled for my routine cleaning today and was able to discuss two more dental concerns with them without feeling rushed for the extended appointment. I was even offered a beautiful flower after my appointment to celebrate International Women's Day. What a kind gesture to show their patients how much they care.

I visited the clinic I asked for an appointment ASAP l got a visit within 48 hours, every thing is excellent in the clinic starting from Telphone operator threw to nurses, Hygienic and a very friendly Experienced Dentist Dr. Nikta Marvadashi l got a great report about my case and the Treatment plan , l recommend Stone Springs Dentistry to be your clinic, l advised my wife and she will start with them. My second visit was even better, l did some treatment at Egypt and requested an appointment to see for commencing the treatment and l got excellent help from Dr Nikta, the clinic crew is very cooperative as well my Oxygen went low at once they arranged an Oxygen tank for me. I highly recommend any one want to see Dentist to visit this Clinic.
