Dr. Mallory Grossman was born and raised in upstate New York. After graduating magna cum laude from Binghamton University in 2010, she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2014.
Dr. Grossman continued her dental education in a General Practice Residency at St. Josephs Hospital in Syracuse, New York. While treating patients at the hospital, she worked closely with specialists across all disciplines, allowing her to further hone her skills. In 2015, Dr. Grossman moved to Arlington, Virginia, where she still resides.
Dr. Grossman focuses on minimally invasive, esthetic, and functional dentistry. She is dedicated to providing her patients with a gentle, caring, and comprehensive approach to oral health. She takes numerous continuing education courses in order to provide her patients with the best and most innovative dentistry. Dr. Grossman is a member of the Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Lincoln provides compassionate dentistry to children and adults who are seeking a patient-centered approach to their dental care so that they can enjoy and take pride in their smiles throughout their lives. She listens, informs, and involves patients in their care so that they can accomplish their treatment goals while being as comfortable and as knowledgeable as possible.
After graduating with a degree in biology from Boston College, Dr. Lincoln went on to earn her doctorate from the University of Marylands Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Highly committed to continuing her dental education, she regularly attends courses to master the latest techniques and technology. Dr. Lincoln has completed advanced continuing education courses at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida, and is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Virginia Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Greater Loudoun Study Club.
Dr. Lincoln donates her time to the Virginia Dental Associations Northern Virginia Mission of Mercy (MOM) project. Additionally, during the month of February (National Childrens Dental Health Month), Dr. Lincoln gives dental education and career talks to preschoolers, kindergarteners and Girl Scout Troops.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lincoln was honored to be selected as one of the 2018 Loudoun Times-Mirrors 40 Under 40, recognizing the top young business and community leaders in Loudoun County. When Dr. Lincoln is not chasing after her two amazingly-clever daughters, she enjoys doing home improvement projects and playing racquetball with her husband.
Dr. Sanam Kheirieh earned her Doctorate Dental degree from Iran in 2005, where she worked as a general dentist for six years. After practicing dentistry and performing research projects, she decided to continue her career in the field of Endodontics. She received her specialty degree in Endodontics from the University of Maryland where she also earned her Masters degree in Biomedical Science. She continued to expand her knowledge alongside her clinical skills through research projects in the field of dentistry and specifically dental materials. Dr. Kheirieh has several publications mainly in the field of Endodontics and almost 500 citations. She has numerous oral and poster presentations at scientific dental meetings. In 2015, she was awarded The Sherril Ann Science Endodontic Research Fellowship Award, for demonstrating exceptional ability in the field of endodontic research. This award was granted for developing Nanogel-based Scaffold in Endodontics. Dr. Kheirieh is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics, International Association of Dental Research, American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and Endodontic Penik Study Club.
Tiffany joins Stone Ridge Family Dentistry as our Office Manager, bringing a great deal of industry experience. She enjoys working to ensure that each of our patients insurance benefits are utilized to their fullest and out of pocket costs are kept low. Her favorite thing about working at SRFD is being able to meet and help so many wonderful people in this community! In her spare time she bakes beautiful cakes and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son.
Maria has over 10 years of dental experience. Her whole family is in the dental field! Born in Bolivia and raised in Ohio; Maria moved to Virginia in 2010. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves listening to true crime podcasts.
Kimberly has been a hygienist in Northern Virginia for over 33 years! She is a native of Haymarket and still resides there with her husband and two beautiful daughters. In her spare time she loves being outdoors and is an avid paddle boarder. Her favorite part of dentistry is teaching patients how to improve their oral health & ultimately seeing the results of their improved homecare.
Olivene is a Virginia Beach native who moved to NOVA after earning her Bachelors Degree ins Dental Hygiene at Old Dominion University. She is dedicated to helping her patients understand the overall impact oral care has on the body as whole, and to provide the best care in dental hygiene. Her favorite part about working at SRFD is building relationships with her patients and seeing them leave with a healthy smile.
In her spare time, you can find Olivene plant shopping or walking with her spunky corgi named Chief. She loves all things Disney and calls Walt Disney World her second home, where she became happily engaged.
Martha was born and raised in Winchester, Virginia. She graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 2011 and now resides in West Virginia with her husband and 3 beautiful daughters. She is passionate about building relationships with patients, alleviating dental anxiety and educating patients on oral/systemic risks. When shes not at the office, you can find her outdoors or traveling to South Carolina with her family. She loves college sports- Lets go Mountaineers!
Jessica is a NOVA native who has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. Besides her passion for dentistry and helping patients, she loves traveling, hiking and watching crime documentaries. On the weekend, you can find her at a winery/brewery or exploring new areas in the DMV with her husband, Dan. She also loves spoiling her cat named Chaplin!
Cristina was born and raised in Virginia and graduated from Herndon High School. As a total foodie, she enjoys indulging at restaurants and trying new things. She has three beautiful children. Her favorite thing about working at Stone Ridge Family Dentistry is that she ensures that each patient leaves with a smile!

Nice people. Fast service, best cleaning i have ever had... Edit..... Sorry, but the business side of this office had me go elsewhere. The dentist was wonderful and the issue had nothing to do with her. 5 Star rating is now 2 - only because the dentist & hygienist are professionals. Enough said.

Pros: Everyone at the front desk as well as my dental hygienist were extremely friendly and helpful. Received a referral to an amazing Endodontics office that went above and beyond for me. Cons: I came to this practice with excruciating tooth pain which was confirmed to be a dental abscess that had spread to my sinus cavity. Dr. Grossman told me that I would need to wait a week to have a root canal done because the infection was so severe that they needed the antibiotics to clear it up a bit before working on it. Her further explanation was that the area would be hard to numb due to the amount of infection. I had three previous root canals and never once heard this logic. She told me to continue taking the Tylenol 3 prescription to address my pain. I explained how this medication was doing absolutely nothing to alleviate my pain. It took SEVERAL phone calls to her office to have a more adequate prescription called in to treat my pain. It was utterly ridiculous how long it took to get this taken care of. Mallory Grossman then called to tell me she was trying to find another endodontist to see me that same day, completely contradicting her whole logic of me having to wait a week to have my tooth worked on due to the severity of the infection. I was seen the next day by an absolutely amazing Endodontics office that took care of my root canal and alleviated my pain. While I am grateful for the referral, I would never recommend Stone Ridge Family Dentistry to anyone.

What a wonderful experience at Stone Ridge Family Dentistry! For someone who has dental anxiety and ended up needing treatment, I was very nervous due to bad past experiences growing up. Dr.Grossman and the Hygienist were so kind and patient with me and made sure to make the appointment as comfortable as possible! I can honestly say it was the best experience I've had at the dentist. Highly recommend SRFD for your dental needs!

This is an amazing practice that will make you whole experience smooth and effective. You will feel comfortable from the time you enter the office to the time you leave. All the staff are knowledgable, understanding, kind, and exceptional at what they do!

I got no response or answer for anything. So frustrating. Update: The office called and diffused the situation (mostly). Although they admitted they called once they read my google review which is concerning. Just not a good fit for me.

Thoroughly explained the procedure to me, discussed risks and what to expect afterwards, and followed up a few days later. Consistently delivering excellent work. Highly recommend.

The staff at Stoneridge are the best. My experience with each is always pleasant. The hygienists are very meticulous and friendly. My 9 year old is also a patient and she has nothing but kind things to say about her visits. Thank you Stoneridge family!

My experience with Stone Ridge Family Dentistry was not good. My first and only visit with this practice was in May 2022. I was a new patient and was scheduled for an exam and cleaning. Once the exam was completed, I was told that I needed a "deep" cleaning which would require me to schedule a Second Appointment - Left side Deep Clean Third appointment - right side Deep clean Fourth appointment - Resin fill and teeth guard So far, the total estimated cost would be $2987, and the cleaning is still not done. I was scheduled for the regular cleaning on this visit which DD insurance coved in Full with $0 copay. They failed to listen to the patient on this visit and finish teeth cleaning. Told me that they would not clean my teeth until I had the "deep" cleaning. I left my appointment without having my teeth cleaned. During the exam, the hygienist suggested that I use a Water Pik at home, also available for sale. I will not be going back to Stone Ridge Family Dentistry. Stone Ridge Family Dentistry in Aldie, is more interested in making money than taking care of their patient's needs.

I am new to the area and had not selected a Dentist and unfortunately had an immediate need for dental work. I called their office and they were able to get me in the next day. The process was so easy, the office staff was so nice, and Dr. Kelly was AMAZING! The Team was awesome. I can now smile again in peace. Stone Ridge Family Dentistry will now be my new Dentist. Thanks!

Mrs. Garrido was a wonderful help! She cleans thoroughly and gently. She ensures my comfort and health! She gave me advice on flossing with a water-pik and how to clean my teeth efficiently. I am so grateful to have her as my dental hygienist! 10/10 service!
