Dr. Siddarth (Sid) Sehgal is an experienced dentist who has spent years refining his craft in both private practice and academic settings. He is a member of the ADA, Northern Virginia Dental Association and American Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Sehgal practiced General Dentistry in North Carolina for two years prior to pursuing Endodontics training. He has spent the last two years working in Northern Virginia as an associate Endodontist. Outside of the office he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Bhavna, and puppy, Brody.

Stone Ridge Endodontics is hands down the best practice that I've ever been to for a root canal. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant to Dr. Sehgal went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times. They were able to get me in quickly and did a very thorough job explaining the procedure and the root canal itself was absolutely painless! I felt immediate relief as soon as I left their office. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate practice.

Dr. Sehgal is amazing. After being referred to him by my dentist, the consult was easy and informative. I learned so much! When I went for my root canal appointment and said I wasn't feeling much pain, he redid the scan and suggested we watch it - it didn't need immediate root canal treatment and scheduled me for a 3 month follow up! I was so relieved. Thank you, Dr. Sehgal, for listening to me as a patient and modifying my course of treatment as needed!

Dr. Sehgal and his staff were amazing! I will no longer think about a root canal the same. It was painless!!! Dr. Sehgal, his staff and his state of the art technology. (think "Tony Stark") were awesome. The "Jaw rest" was my favorite! He started by providing a thorough evaluation and explained everything, taking time to answer any questions. He was sensitive to the potential costs involved and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. My insurance came through, so the process became even more painless. I loved this place and I'm telling all of my friends and family. Highly recommend!

Where do I start? This place is fantastic!!!! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the check-in process is super easy. The doctor took time to explain everything before and even during the painless root canal. Like I said before, I have nothing but praise for this place and would recommend Stone Ridge Endodontics to anyone who has teeth pain or needs a root canal.

This is the 2nd time I've been to Dr. Sehgal. He and his team are amazing! I'm very impressed with the bedside manner and how calm he and his assistant are. The first time I went for a procedure, the secretary was very polite and professional. My wait was less than a couple minutes. The assistant came and got me, took my purse for me and ensure I was very comfortable with a blanket and all. She even held my hand during the worst parts of the procedure. When I needed to come in for a follow up due to pain, the secretary immediately made an appt for the next day. I went into the exam chair and the assistant immediately brought me some magazines to keep me busy during my wait which was all of maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Sehgal examined me and explained everything to me to ensure I understood everything. I love him and his team!

Amazing endodontics clinic! The doctor and staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding. I was able to get an appointment last minute due to the urgent situation. The Doctor did a great job in taking care of my tooth in relatively short time despite some tooth-related complications, now I am pain free and back to my normal life, thanks to them.

I went to see Dr.Sehgal after my dentist had referred me for a root canal. I had put off getting a root canal done for some time now since I was worrisome about the procedure but when I got to Dr.Sehgal's office, the environment immediately put me at ease especially when I was greeted by TJ who was very kind and professional (not a-lot of front desk are that way). Caroline (Assistant) was great! Once Dr.Sehgal came to talk to me, he was very kind and talked through the whole process before starting the procedure. The procedure lasted for about 45 mins and it was nothing like how I imagined! I had to come back the following day because my tooth needed to be filed and Dr.Sehgal called me into the office right away to be seen and fixed it within a few minutes. After that, TJ had called asking how I was feeling after the procedure and filing. Couldn't recommend this place more!! Very friendly staff and Doctor.

The staff members here are absolutley courteous, professional, and extremely effective at their jobs. On top of being understanding, they are very informative in regards to their actions and also what needs to be done in terms of your overall oral care. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs complex endo work!

What an incredible experience. Dr. Sehgal is such a kind man and it's obvious how much he cares about his patients. He walks you through each step of the procedure and makes sure you have a clear understanding of the process. His staff was attentive and made sure all your needs were cared for. Dr. Sehgal was fantastic. He was able to see me right away when I needed a second opinion about a tooth issue. His office was really nice, he had the latest technology and everyone who worked there was very nice and friendly and provided a relaxing environment. Dr. Sehgal was extremely honest with me with what he recommended and his prices were better than other estimates I had received. I highly recommend him and will refer him to anyone who needs endodontic work.

Dr. Sehgal did a root canal retreatment for my tooth and it was Five star experience throughout the whole process from scheduling to doing the work to following up the next day. The whole experience was great. When I first called his office he answered himself. He provided me with all the necessary information and was very accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions. He was able to schedule me quickly to do the retreatment before my travel and made everything very convenient for me. His clinic is very clean and hygienic. Before he started working on my tooth he walked through his evaluation in detail and the various steps, challenges and the different scenario outcomes. When finished he took X-rays and walked me through the work he did and some of the challenges he had. Throughout the treatment I didn't feel any discomfort....it was absolutely painless. The next day he followed up with me to make sure everything is ok. I would definitely come back in the future and highly recommend his practice based on my experience.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sehgal - which says something given that I visited for a root canal! My dentist referred me to Stone Ridge after I was experiencing pretty severe tooth pain, and they fit me in right away for both the initial consult + actual procedure. Something else they did that was so refreshing was walk through all charges with me before they were incurred. I've had so many unfortunate experiences with dentists/endodontists adding random $200-$400 for "lab fees" or misc. charges that can result in you spending way more than you thought going in... That combined with the really friendly service and pleasant atmosphere, I would definitely recommend Dr. Sehgal and his team!

After dealing with some dental anxiety, I ended up needing a root canal. My dentist referred me to Dr. Sehgal and I could not have been more impressed with the entire practice. Everyone was very professional and personable. Dr. Sehgal knew of my anxiety so throughout the procedure he keep asking if I was alright and reassuring me of how it was going. After the procedure, the staff reached out to check on how I was feeling. I highly recommend!
