My ENTIRE family had been coming here for 15 years but im DONE now. I had an appt for tomorrow but I canceled it. My husband had a terrible experience of an extraction she did this year. He was in tears while she was pulling his tooth. She kept telling him it was pressure but he told her no it was pain. She kept pulling until the tooth came out. He said he would never go to her again. He said her numbing medication is expired. My issue is that she did a outdated technique on me called a Maryland bridge, that came out 9 months later. That cost me almost $900 out of pocket after my insurance paid for half. The crazy thing is I have been putting up with bad experiences with this dentist for years. Last week I started seeing a new dentist. I'm getting what should've been done by Dr. Stevens. .. tooth implant!

Terrible. I left work for an 11 am appointment. It was 12:30 pm, and I was still waiting. The front desk was rude and unprofessional. I had to reschedule my appointment after waiting an hour and a half. I ended up canceling the appointment because of the level of unprofessionalism. Save yourself some time, and do not bother with this dental office.

My daughter and I have been going here for years. Had a bad experience with a root canal and my tooth was pulled out. Never replaced the tooth and it wasn't my fault. Wait times are ridiculous even with an appointment. Had bad experiences with fill ins as well where have to keep going back. Nice people but it just isn't worth the hassle

Do not go here especially if you have Medicaid. They will tell you you do not owe anything and send you a bill in the mail DO NOT DO IT!

I have came here twice while pregnant but this is the final time ! The lady at the front desk is rude and very unprofessional!! I asked 3 times before my appointment was my Medicaid type accepted and was told it was. I get there and now i have a balance . i have a daughter and have to get a sitter. I should have been told prior that ameri group was no longer taken , as well as the balance was not paid (which after i called Medicaid it was actually paid) . The lady at the front act like she can't conduct business and has an Attitude , that's ridiculous!!! And i wouldn't even recommend here any more !

Dr. Son Van Nguyen is the absolute been dentist I've ever gone to. His office is nice and clean and his front office staff is super friendly. His hygienist was phenomenal!! Ariel was sweet and gentle. Definitely found me a new dentist.

This is a very therile dental practice I came in and I wasn't feeling well Dr Stevens took my blood sugar it was sky high she sent me to emergency room she saved my life I thank God for her and I lost 20 pounds when they put me on insulin

My children have been patients for a few years now, but no longer. It has always been up and down with the staff and their personalities, however, The receptionist that answered the phone on 3/25 was so rude. Im very well aware that I called the dental office and not the insurance company but if she would of listened to my entire question instead of rudely over talking me with her OPINION and jumping to conclusions, perhaps my decision would of went differently. Word of advice, receptionists are the voice/face of a business. They are the first voice we hear and the first face we see; Do better.

This Dentist location is literally across the street from my home and always been going here since some years back! The staff is always nice and never had an issue with service. My 6 month cleanings are always done correctly and never had issues with it. I will say you will be waiting despite having an appointment, but that's because they're always busy and some procedures takes longer than others. So be prepared for that! I will continue to come here until they close down lol!
