It's rare to find great Customer/Patient service these days. Every single person I came in contact with was wonderful. They are friendly and down to earth. The dentist I saw was very quiet and didn't speak much at all but he was very thorough during his exam. I had a million things going through my head about my appointment before I got there. I was almost certain I was going to hear him tell me how bad my teeth were but he didn't and I really appreciate that. He had a good energy/vibe to him so I knew I was in good hands. He wrote out my treatment plan and went over it with me. I then had to go into the office to talk about payment options. The girl ( I believe she was the assistant office manager) who went over the process/ cost was so nice and down to earth. It was refreshing to be in an environment where every employee was friendly and nice!

Well, it took nearly 40 years, but I finally got a cleaning yesterday that DIDN'T leave me walking out in pain. Give that woman all the raises!!

I have been with the great staff of Stone Dentistry & Dentures for 5 years. And couldn't be happier. My teeth, & smile are both better than ever thanks to the fine people at Stone Dentistry. Start to finish they are the best!!! By the Way Monday was National Hummingbird Day! So, I used a Hummingbird's photo. Tada!

if i could rate them no stars i would. i pd over $5000 for dentures and 4 implants an had 4 teeth extracted. now i went to just get new dentures and they said it would cost the same. the same for less work to do? then i sent my daughter to them. she took. loan out to pay for the work. they have her money but she can't get the work done!! they said the dentist is only there once a month!! r you kidding! i will be reporting them to bbb

Great staff, friendly and over the top about reminding you of the appt. The dentist I saw for two crowns is excellent and does not jabber, just does extremely competent work. That said, cubes, spartan waiting room and a shopping center storefront but such is the state of medical care in 2022 so can't take off too much.

This is a very warm and welcoming practice. The front desk staff and office Manager are not just polite and professional, but engaging and delightful. They will talk to you! As you go behind the doors to the Dental Clinic, you meet calm, competent and patient technical staff and dentists. I have visited twice and can honestly say that this is the best possible environment for those "afraid" of dentist visits. In terms of the physical facility-beautifully clean and well laid out. The examination chairs are comfortable and well kept. The reception area is well managed with proper scheduling that negates crowding. All in all, it was a soothing experience to visit Stones Dentistry and Dentures yesterday afternoon. Almost like being at a Spa (almost)! F. Blackwood.

I have never had such an amazing, painless and wonderful experience at the dentist as I have been having at Stone Dentistry. Everyone is friendly and has perfect bedside manner. I had 24 teeth pulled in one sitting and did not feel any discomfort. They made sure I was ok the entire time and saw me again the day after to make sure proper healing was taking place and that my new teeth are comfortable and not causing any pain. I would recommend going to Stone 120%.

I love the dentist here. He's AMAZing. However, I made an apt to have my denture reclined because it's too loose. I live an hour away, and I get there, only for them to tell me they're not doing it and it's fine. To wait another 2 weeks! I wasn't happy and they knew it. Never even got to see the Dr. Just got told by the person there that I'm to wait another 2 weeks. Meanwhile, this doesn't fit, even with adhesive, and I was told I was wrong it's fine Wasted an hour driving there and I'm not happy. But, when the Dr is involved, he's fantastic
