NEW Sick call hours are mon-fri 0720-0920. NEW Clinic Hours are 0710-1540.

Unprofessional staff, the Army should invest in personal that want to help Soldiers. They are never available to answer your calls and help you establish appointment.

Been trying to cancel an upcoming appointment because I'm currently in the field. For three days I've called and emailed, with no response. I'll still probably get pinged as having missed the appointment. Why is this so hard??

Army makes dental mandatory, but the clinic is impossible to get ahold of. Never answer the phone, and mailbox is full for messages. Why have phones when people have to come in person to make appointments?

When I explained a persistent difficultly with oral X-rays, due to the protuberances in the bottom of my mouth combined with my pronounced gag reflex, I was told "welcome to the Army." I've been active duty for nearly 19 years, it really felt like an insult. The dentist didn't believe me and nearly made me barf my breakfast up before giving up. It would have all been avoided if she'd just have believed me or reviewed my dental records, at all. Waste of time to go here, avoid at all costs.

Horrible attitudes from civilian dentists. Cut my mouth making me bleed and just told me to rinse it and take Tylenol. I'm sorry you make 80 k a year that must be terrible

Everything was great expect that my records were not updated . I have been going back as often as I can for the past three months to get my records update . For some reason or another it never works out .

Called and they hung up as soon as it answered. Called back no response. Went in person the front desk seemed like they had an attitude after 3 questions. Just go during sick call hours 8:30-11
