Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. I have been there twice now and looking forward yo my next appointment. I've had a cleaning and an extraction. I have found all the staff to be friendly and professional. I do not believe all the negative reviews here. Note that the web reviews (a collection of reviews from other review sites) give the office 4 stars.

Love driving 2 hrs for a an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance only to be told the dentist isn't in....absolutely ridiculous.

The Dentist and ortho are nice and do a good job however the lady in the front is a nightmare! Moved my children out of this dentist office because of how rude she is. Witnessed her talking to a patient over the phone in such a demeaning way and then proceeded to do the same to me. I will never go back to this office again, also not to mention that they forgot to mention that our insurance wasn't accepted until after treatment was started and had to pay out of pocket. Very unprofessional.

Quality of service is good, nice office, nice people. My only complaint is the time. I had a routine cleaning at 8 am, and even after having done the check in online days prior and getting to the office 10 minutes early, I wasn't seen until about 8:20. Unfortunately this seems to be common here as this happened to me before, and other people I know who go to this office have the same problem. Hopefully this improves.

pesimo if I could give 0 I would. They canceled my appointment and changed it to another day, I had no problem, but the next appointment they gave a time when it arrived they say it was at another time. i never come back

I truly hate coming here. If not for my insurance making this the location, I would not return. I was ignored for over 30 minutes. When I was finally noticed I was told information that I was not informed a month ago when I asked what I needed. The staff is beyond rude. If you come here expect to be ignored and constantly pushed to the side. Awful place.

This office has welcomed me with open arms. When I go in I am always treated with such warmth and respect. They have all become part of my family. With Erica at the front desk willing to always go out of her way to treat me like a queen to Kristen that helped me a tremendous amount with my insurance issues. Then you have the back office staff that except my smart mouth and always professional. Finally the Dr. I could be here all day on how grateful I am for him. Not once has he ever made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you all for giving me my smile back.

By far the best office I have ever been to. Lindsey was super helpful answered any questions I had . Her customer service was excellent. Dr. Roberson was amazing . Made sure I felt comfortable during the entire visit . Answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely looking forward to seeing them both the next visit. Front desk also very nice and helpful.

Went in for wisdom teeth removal and they told me the wrong amount to be paid twice! I ended up paying $163 more than what they had originally said. Before my procedure they did not have any type of compasion. No "how are you doing," "how are you feeling", nothing. Just a quick and dirty, in and out procedure. I was super nervous for having had surgery for the first time and to have them assure me things were okay and normal would have been nice. I had to ask "am i supposed to feel weird" in order to know if everything was okay. They never said anything and just went on having their own conversations with eachother. I had woken up after surgery with the heart monitor and blood pressure monitor still hooked up and was just sitting calling out "hello" for what felt like 5 minutes and noone came to my attention. I had enough strength to get up and walk to the front room where my family member was sitting and then was approached by a rude lady who was talking down to me like a child and saying I shouldn't have gotten up. Well if you were paying any attention and aware of your clients this wouldn't have happened?! Overall horrible experience. If you want any type of hospitality or good customer service then i'd advise not to go to this place. UPDATE: now 2 years later...been having lower jaw pain for some time now but had put it off bc I was taught to never go to the doctor unless you are bleeding or dying.. But this pain i am now having is excruciating! I can't eat and get this stinging sensation in my lower jaw/ back ear area. It gets swollen too! Never had this happen until my oral surgery from this place. I have went to the doctors twice now and they are informing me it may be due to nerve damage. Just be weary and cautious! I wish I was instead of just brushing off things that didn't feel right.

$4000.00 Mistake. Now I have to go to another dentist to get the teeth removed. They refused to put me asleep and remove them here, so further expense, to go elsewhere to have oral surgery. I caught them trying to over charge me $160.00. Thanks to this site to watch them for over charges. recommend going somewhere else.

STAY AWAY!!!! The staff are very rude and always seem too busy to even give you one second. I went in for a bi yearly exam and the Dr told me how awful my teeth were and stood up and left. I sat there for 30 minutes before I finally stopped a worker and asked if they were going to clean my teeth. When she came back she said oh he didn't tell you, you need a special cleaning that can't be done today? No! Then she proceeded to tell me he was prepping to fill some cavities? The dr literally walked out and never said another word. I left with an estimate of 4,200 of dental work. Now that I'm tryin to move my records they can only be done by one certain person who won't be in for another 5 days. I called her 5 days prior to this and she never sent so now my new dr won't even have my files.

I'm disappointed on the negative reviews. This office works with you on your dental needs. The girls up front even though very busy we're extremely friendly and had a lot of patience. Some of the patients were quite rude and expected immediate service. I give them a big thumbs up

I have been a patient for many years. I was in desperate need of dental work done ASAP The office manager refused to submit the proper information to the insurance I don't know why she is sitting on the paperwork. The delay has caused more damage to the existing dental work needed as now I need oral surgery. I am shocked that there has been several complaints with medical insurance issues. As I am having problems with the office manager I have no where else to complain. I strongly do not recommend this office for treatment.
