Dr. Pfeffer grew up in Edwardsville, IL. He graduated with honors from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2007. Following graduation, he began practicing with Dr. Waxman until his retirement in 2018. Dr. Pfeffer is committed to providing quality dental care and is an active member of the ADA, MDA, and Greater St. Louis Dental Society. Dr. Pfeffer enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and regularly attends continuing education seminars.
Dr. Palmer grew up in Chesterfield, MO. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2012 and then attended a year long advanced dental residency program at Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. Dr. Palmer is committed to regularly attending continuing education courses to stay up to date with the latest general and cosmetic procedures. He is an active member of the Meramec Valley Dental Study Club, ADA, MDA, and GSLDS.
Dr. Guletz grew up in Wildwood, MO. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2017. After beginning her career as a dentist in Ellisville, Dr. Guletz is excited to be providing dental care much closer to where she lives with her family in Shrewsbury. Dr. Guletz strives to provide compassionate and quality dental care. She is an active member of the ADA, MDA, and GSLDS.
Dr. Greaves grew up in Fort Scott, KS. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2017. Following graduation, she practiced dentistry at a large public health clinic in Pennsylvania before moving to St. Louis in 2021. In addition to her time with STL Family Dentistry, Dr. Greaves spends three days a week providing dental care in rural communities through a mobile dental unit associated with Big Smiles Dental.

I've been going to this place since 2013 or so. I've never had any issues and I'm pretty happy with their service. They never charge extra (as some dentists do) and they recently renovated their office so it's all nice and modern too. I'm pretty happy with this facility and my doctor.

Everyone who works here is competent and friendly. Hygienist Kate is amazing! She's great at explaining dental issues. I have never had a hygienist ask if I needed Vaseline on my lips. I had dental work done prior to seeing her and my lips were definitely dry. So appreciated! Have never had a hygienist care enough to do this.

Excellent care. Dentistry is very comfortable and fast. Excellent caring and efficient staff. My husband had some difficulty with the recommendation of the dentist. He was not explained why he needed a different type of dental care from the younger female dentist. In South Saint Louis.

Had a bad experience with the dental assistant last year but the guy dentist seemed nice and so was the receptionist. I should have probably told the dentist but I'm a psyche patient and was hearing voices so it's hard for me to deal with. Evil woman

Third visit checked in at 11am. At noon still in waiting room. They seemed to forget I was waiting. I will wait until pandemic is over to decide if I come back here or find a new Dentist. I didn't feel safe waiting that long inside room.

They have been a great dental provider. Very clean and fully Covid 19 compliant. Dr Palmer and his staff are always attentive and helpful. They do their best to accommodate you as far as scheduling and payment. I recommend them to anyone in need of dental care they are very conveniently located in Hampton Village Plaza, with an on premises oral surgeon just down the hall should you need such services.

I've been seeing Dr. Palmer for over a year now and can't say enough good things about this dental practice. Dr. Palmer knows his stuff and all of the staff are kind and helpful. I feel like I am listened to and all of my questions and anxieties are always addressed. I know that I'm going to be well taken care of here. The office is clean and their adherence to COVID guidelines has been on point. I also wanted to say that Alex, the staff member who has assisted the doctor on my last two visits, is an amazing asset to their team. She played a big part of making my last two appointments comfortable.

A very friendly and welcoming dental practice for kids! All of the doctors are nice and make the kids feel great. There are Imaging and x-ray services. It is located on the second floor of the medical door and Hampton Village, near Club Fitness. At the end of the visit kids good a toothbrush and floss and a toy. I highly recommend this for young kids.

Would rate 10 stars if i could. I have been to many dentists in my 32 years but STL Family Dentistry is hands down the most caring, thoughtful, kind and clean. Dr Ruopp's work is amazing. He's a bit of a perfectionist which i LOVE. So happy i found them. Thank you!

Did not have a good experience with this dentist. They did a rush and wait time was long. My son told the dentist that he was experiencing tooth pain and he was ignored. I don't recommend them to anyone. Definitely will be finding a new dentist.

my front teeth had massive holes in them, looked awful They made my mouth look like I've never had any holes. It's pretty magical to feel comfortable opening my mouth again in public. Best I've felt in years and reasonably priced
