Horrible care. Every 6 months our family would go in for check ups. Each time my husband I and would be told our teeth need thousands of dollars worth of work. We've now switched offices and for three years have been told our teeth look great see you in 6 months.

Dr. Stites is a great dentist! He's very friendly and comforting. After the pandemic hit, I went to another dentist and they said I needed a deep cleaning, which is something I had dealt with previously at Stites, but the OTHER ones made it seem like a huge deal and that it was really bad. I was pretty upset and worried, but I decided to return to Stites because I was really happy with how they did my first deep cleaning. Dr. Stites and the hygienist (or assistant) were so reassuring and calmed my nerves completely. I will forever be thankful for that. And speaking of the hygienists, they are the most gentle and helpful I've ever had. They provide tips about how to brush better, the CORRECT way to floss effectively and I truly believe that my teeth and gums are in the best condition they've ever been in thanks to their help. I honestly don't know that I had ever been taught how to floss correctly before. (If I had I must not have been paying attention)

My family has been coming here for years. Everyone we've met has been extremely pleasant to be around, and they've all done what they could to make sure that we were cared for. Dr. Stites also tells me every time I go in that, if there's anything wrong, to wiggle my left hand. I have never been to a dentist before that puts in that kind of consideration to their patients.

I have been going to see Dr.Stites for years and always have a great visit. Office staff was exceptionally helpful this visit!!

Just left this office after trying to obtain my dental X-rays and being lied to multiple times by Natalie at the front desk. She claims that they gave me my X-rays and referred me to an oral surgeon because of a problem with a tooth- I never received these. I received a flyer for an orthodontist and had no idea that I had a problem with my tooth until now. After I had the audacity to say, "Just because you have a referral scanned into your system doesn't mean I received it," Natalie slammed her hands down on the table, began screaming at me about having an attitude and coming into their unlocked office during their lunch hour. Turns out they LOST my records. LOL. You work in customer service Natalie, maybe try including some kindness or honesty into your interactions.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable. I was ashamed to even go because of the shape my teeth were in. I left with part 1 of my journey to getting my teeth together. I recommend them 100%.

Dr Stites stated I need a crown - SIX rounds of numbing shots, and Three crowns later (on one tooth) Dr Stites finally agreed that I should have the tooth pulled ($150 @ another facility); but he'll Credir my the cost of the crown. NOW I've received a bill for $1400!

This office has so many issues. The Dr is the number one problem. Not only is he rude and hateful and expects the world but he will destroy your teeth. He started a root canal and did not finish because of our differences and now I have lost the tooth and it's very unprofessional. This Dr and most of his staff are rude, stuck up and unprofessional I would NEVER refer anyone to this dysfunctional office.

This company is making bank on Covid. Charging 10 dollars per patient for PPE is ridiculous. My wife and myself work in industries where Covid PPE is required an no way should this be on the customer to pay!!! Also, she scheduled an appointment that they didn't even put in the books. I'd rather have my wife and my teeth rot then go back.

I've been a patient here since 2014, and I've yet to have a bad experience with any of the staff. Dr. Stites is very nice and funny, which I've had some doctors and dentists in the past with horrible bedside manners so this was a relief for me to find here. I've had everything from normal cleanings to crowns and fillings, and everyone has always been very courteous to me and explained everything they were going to do before doing it. They've listened to my concerns and fixed any issues I might have found (i.e. I had an old filling falling out for the 3rd time, after asking about it before a cleaning Stites found the filling was too big and the tooth was breaking). And to the people complaining about them trying to get you to do other services, this isn't unique to just here. Like a lot of doctor offices, they have business contracts with certain suppliers and are required to advertise those services. So, just sit there and listen and be nice and tell them you're not interested. It's really not that hard of a concept!

I have received 2 crowns from Dr Stites- Fabulous and my bite is perfect and did NOT have any sensitivity afterwards. JJ is a great hygienist- informative and gentle!

My experiences at Stites Dental have been great of course dental care is never pain free but they always go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. Their Hygienists are incredible!
