Pattie joined our team in 2009 as a dental assistant, and now has nearly 25 years of experience in the field, having worked in both hospital and private practice settings. She enjoys her work as a registered dental assistant with expanded functions and prides herself on helping others. She relishes meeting patients, making them comfortable and contributing to their well-being. Pattie resides in Springfield with her husband and family. She is active in school, church and community affairs and loves expanding her circle of friends.
Jane began working in the practice while in high school. She has since graduated from Seton Hall University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, and where she is also currently pursuing an advanced degree. She brings her organizational skills and joie de vivre to her duties as receptionist and office assistant. Jane loves to cook, bake, garden and spend time with friends and fellow dog lovers. Jane thoroughly enjoys interacting with our patients and helping in whatever way possible.
Karen joined our team in 2019. She graduated with honors from U.C.C. with the degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing hygiene for 29 years and prides herself in always providing gentle, quality patient care. She seeks to educate her patients in the home practices that will best suit their individual needs. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, often at the Jersey Shore.
Patty joined our team as office manager in 2005. She was educated at Lyons Institute of Technology where she received her certification in four-handed chairside dental assisting, office management and dental radiography. Patty understands the importance of taking good care of our patients, and makes their scheduling, financial and insurance needs her number one priority. Patty and her husband are the proud and busy parents of two and grandparents of four. In her free time, Patty indulges her creativity by cooking and crafting.
Cathy joined our team in 2002 as a dental assistant and accounts manager, and now has over 25 years of experience in the field. Cathy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the College of Saint Elizabeth. She worked in the insurance industry, before applying her skills to the support of dentistry. Cathy is the married mother of two grown sons and four grandchildren. She and her family enjoy travel and can often be found in the great outdoors, fishing, boating and relaxing.

Dr Lang is THE BEST! She corrected years of bad dentistry I had received. Her focus is on long-term solutions and she explains the rationale for every treatment she recommends. I wish all healthcare providers had her level of skill, compassion, and professionalism. Her staff is wonderful as well. If you are an anxious patient like myself, you can take comfort in knowing that you are in good hands at Stirling Smiles.

Her work ended up receding my gum around the crown. I was 43 and never had a crown before. After the doctor saw my original tooth on the x ray he said not only was her dentistry bad but it didn't look like i needed a crown on the tooth in the first place. Don't use this dentist!

Dr Lang has been our dentist for more than 10 years. Her office is spotless. Her staff are all professional and kind. She is thorough when it comes to her work and will never perform unnecessary and costly procedures. Due to the negligence of my previous dentist, I needed an implant. She explained the reasons why after doing what she could to prevent having a costly procedure like this. She has always been up front with any questions or concerns we have had regarding our families dental care. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist in the Long Hill Twp area!

Dr Lang is a outstanding dentist and a truly wonderful person. Her and her staff are professionals and always take great care of us. When I had an emergency with my daughter, Dr. Lang made sure to squeeze Kerri in for an appointment to make sure everything would be ok before we left for a vacation. She is always gentle and my children love to go see her. Although there are closer dentists to us we travel 35 minutes to her office because we have absolute trust and confidence in her and have been well cared for for over 15 years ...Kristen, Michael, Kerri and Erin Domena

I have been going to Dr. Lang for years. I have had extensive work done including dental implants. She is a perfectionist and is the most caring dentist. I feel so comfortable in her office and her staff is great. I have never had any problems with any of her work. She is so meticulous and takes her time with every procedure. She has been there for dental emergencies and never had to wait in her office. I would recommend Dr. Lang to everyone who wants the best dental care around.

I began seeing Dr. Lang several years ago. I was very nervous as I had had a very negative experience with another dentist I had seen years ago. She was so patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I understood my options as well as felt comfortable with her recommended treatment plan. Dr. Lang is the consummate professional! Since becoming her patient, she has removed old fillings, and given me 2 crowns after I cracked my teeth from grinding. Both crowns fit beautifully; as if I was born with them! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dentist!!!

My wife and I along with our 4 children have been patients of Dr. Lang for over 30 years. She has always been a caring and competent professional and provided us with the highest quality of care. Our children, even now, come from out of state to see Dr. Lang. We have recommended Dr. Lang to many of our friends and co-workers. I have known Dr Lang for many years. I have also worked with her from my late teens to early 20's as a dental assistant. During that time I had very large cavities restored by Dr Lang. Since, then I've worked for other dental offices. I will only let them take my check up X-rays or have a cleaning by the hygienist. I will always return to Dr Lang for any dental work needed. I will not let another dentist touch my mouth. In fact, other dentists have admired the work I've had done by Dr Lang over 20 yrs ago. I've had them say and I quote ( I can see she does beautiful work, these restorations are beautiful, great contact points, no leakage or breakage, even after all these yrs ). Dr Lang is the BEST dentist I've ever known and worked for. She is a great human being. She treats every patient as if they're her own family memeber. She's extremely intelligent and compassionate.

I have been going to Dr. Lang for over 20 years. She and her office staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. Patti or Jane are always there to greet me with a smile and are very quick to go above and beyond when it comes to answering any questions I may have or scheduling appointments. Dr. Lang is very caring and makes visiting the dentist a stress free experience. I recommend Dr. Lang for anyone who, like me, is usually nervous about visiting the dentist!
