I am not one to normally give reviews but this visit was a waste of time, money, and energy. I went to get my teeth looked at because I have cavities and wanted to get them taken care of. This is the reason that I made the appointment. When I arrived they shared with me that they couldn't find my insurance information, ok fine Ill pay 85 dollars for my visit. I don't want to take any additional time away from work and I'm already here. I go to the back and the lady ask why I'm here and if I have any pain. I explain that I have 4 cavities on both sides of my mouth with additional pain on the right side. She then x-rays the right side of my mouth and informs the dentist. The dentist comes in and confirms that I have a cavity on the right side of my mouth (this I already knew). The doctor shares that I need several things but we cannot do those things without my proper insurance information and we will reschedule for when you have your insurance card. I asked was I getting a cleaning today "no that will be $205 for a cleaning." Please tell me what I paid $85 for? I got half my mouth x-rayed when I informed them there are cavities on both sides and a rescheduled appointment for additional x-rays and a cleaning. Total time with physicians 10mins.

I've had 2 bad experiences there now. The front desk receptionist is rude. They "accidently" put someone else's bill on my credit! They misdiagnosed me while I was in pain. Then talked about my chart on FB.

I've had 2 bad experiences there now. The front desk receptionist is rude. They "accidently" put someone else's bill on my credit! They misdiagnosed me while I was in pain. Then talked about my chart on FB.

Never had my teeth cleaned so thoroughly! Lori cleaned on them for at least an hour. I really appreciate her attention to detail and friendliness. The doctor was awesome as well. Explained what I needed, the costs related to, and was very encouraging. From the front desk to the exit, this place is awesome!
