Stiles and Marie Tigani Stiles have been working together for more than 31 years, to providepatients in upper Montgomery County with optimal dental healthcare and wellness for a lifetime.
Both doctors received their Doctoratesof Dental Surgeryfrom Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, DC. The Drs. Stiles were listed among the Top Dentists by Washingtonian Magazine in 1997, 2003, 2006, 2011, 2013,2015,2017, and 2019. Together they take over 100 hours of continuing education courses per year, and they have both studied at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Florida.
Drs. Marie and Dennis Stiles believe their love of dentistry has a lot to do with family values. Both of them hadfathers who were dentists andinstilled in them the value of creating meaningful, lasting relationships with their patients and thatthe ability to help people be successful with their smiles offers a lifetime of reward. Both fathers loved dentistry and were a really positive influence on their childrens lives.

Dr. Dennis Stiles, a native of Amherst, Massachusetts, has called upper Montgomery County home since 1986. Dr. Stiles is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the The American Academyof Dental Sleep Medicine,the Maryland Sleep Society, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and hasreceived fellowshipin theAmerican College of Dentists,the International College of Dentists, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2017, he achievedDiplomate status inthe American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Stiles has also served as past president of the American Prosthodontic Society (2006) and currently is servingthe president of the APS Foundation. In 2009, hewas appointed to serve as a deans faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry,where heoffers instruction inocclusion, comprehensive care, and sleep medicine to AEGD residents. In 2018, Dr. Stiles was elected to serve on the Maryland Sleep Society board of directors.In 2019, Dr. Stiles was elected to servea three-year term as a board member of the L.D. Pankey Institute.
Dr. Marie Tigani Stiles, a native of Bethesda, has been working with patients in upper Montgomery County since 1986. She is a member of the American Dental Associationand the Southern Maryland Dental Society. She is a current member of the Greater Washington Academy of Women Dentists, which she served as president in 2000, and again from 2012 to 2014.
Dr. Marie Stiles is also a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, a national organization that serves as a forum for education and research, and to promote safe and effective care through sedation dentistry. She serves on the membership committee of the ADSA.
In 2017, she was elected to serve a two-year term on the board of directors for the ADSA. In 2010, Dr. Marie Stiles was inducted as a fellow of the International College of Dentists. In 2013, she was inducted into the American College of Dentists. In 2009, Dr. Marie Stiles was appointed to serve as a deans faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
I really value the relationships Ive formed with my patients, and Ive learned an awful lot from them. We talk about things like parenting, colleges, travel tips, and good books to read. Yes, I really like helping people with their mouths, but what I love is that my patients let me into their lives just a little bit. I learn something different from everyone.

Annelise was born and raised in Harford County. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2009 and began her career as a dental hygienist. She relocated to Montgomery County in 2014 and currently lives in Mount Airywith her fianc and their two Boston Terriers. They are huge Baltimore Orioles fans and spend a lot of their time at Camden Yards!
Eva joined the team at Stiles Dentistry in 2019. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Eva and her husband Ryan moved to Rockville in 2018. Eva has been in the dental field since 2013, first as a dental assistant and later as a dental hygienist. With a passion for patient comfort and education, Eva loves getting to know the individuals behind the smiles. In her free time, Eva loves to curl up with a good book and her two cats: Roxanne and Beebee.
Brisa joined the team at Stiles Dentistry in 2020. Brisa, originally from Mexico, is a long time Gaithersburg resident. Brisa has been in the dental field since 2008, first as a Dental Assistant and later as a Patient Coordinator. Brisa enjoys getting to know our patients and their families the most! When Brisa is not at work, she enjoys cooking with her husband Orlando and spending time with their children Oreo and Sofia.
Morgan is from Carroll County, Maryland. She joined the team at Stiles Dentistry in 2021 as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field since 2017. She enjoys seeing how changing a patients smile transforms their lives. When Morgan is not at work she spends time with her family especially her son Adriel and fianc Rye.
Heven joined the team in 2021. She is originally from Eritrea but grew up in Kenya. She moved to Maryland in 2014 and it has been her home ever since. She graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in Neurobiology and Physiology in 2021. She is interning with the Stiles to gain experience and be a better dental applicant as she is an aspiring Dental Student. She enjoys meeting and helping patients as well as witnessing state of the art dental techniques and technologies. When Heven is not in the office, she loves to travel and spend quality time with friends and family!

As always, Drs. Dennis and Marie Stiles and their associates provided responsive, caring and thorough dental care at my last appointment. They schedule longer appointments so that patients have plenty of time for a very professional cleaning and time with the doctor to express concerns and get a careful check. In addition, the office is pleasant and tranquil, with a spa-like atmosphere and a kind and pleasant receptionist. I've moved around the country and have used several dental practices. This one is the very best I have experienced!

It was my 3 year old's first dentist appointment, and they made her feel so at ease. They made the chair an exciting ride going up and down. They had blue sunglasses for her to wear to help with the bright light.

Absolutely love this dentist office! I used to dread going to the dentist, and although it's still not real fun, I enjoy going to the Stiles office. I seriously cannot offer one criticism. They are the best.

Recently moved from Michigan with a wonderful family practice that I felt was high tech. Stiles blew them out of the water for my entire family (6 and 3yr old included.) Took way more time than any general practitioner I have used to go over any concerns. Dr. Stiles explained thoroughly I learned about things I didn't even realize I needed to know about. Highly recommend.

I have been in the Dental field for over 30 years and this was by far, the best dental experience that I have had. Professional, friendly and practice the BEST Infection control procedures. I felt completely safe and comfortable with the care the entire team provided. I highly recommend this practice. I will definitely be returning.

Stiles Dentistry is great practice with the latest technology. Also the latest Covid safety procedures in place for both patients and providers. Best cleaning I ever had! As is always the case, my experience at Stiles Dentistry always has been and, I am most sure and without doubt, will continue in a manner that cannot be exceeded. I still credit Dr. Stiles and the entire office with getting me to go back to the dentist after years of not going based upon prior bad experiences. Before becoming a patient at Stiles Dentistry I had been to several area dentists, but they all seemed to be lacking in one area or another of their practice. For the last 15 years, my family and I having been receiving exceptional dental care from Drs. Dennis and Marie Stiles. When I needed to have an old filling replaced, they presented a complete plan and executed it flawlessly. The work done to replace the old filling was outstanding. I continue to have all my dental work done at Stiles Dentistry and do not hesitate to recommend their practice to family and friends. Simply put, Stiles Family Dentistry offers a complete package of a caring, professional staff complimented by the latest in dental technology and two of the absolute best dentists you will find anywhere!

Always a great experience at Stiles Dentistry. The dental hygienists are gentle with my teeth while providing a thorough cleaning. Staff is always very upbeat and nice to deal with and appointment times are respected. Both Drs. Dennis and Marie Stiles have taken great care of my family's teeth for many years.
