Dr. Christine Baker grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and received a bachelors degree from Michigan State University. She continued her education by attending dental school at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and graduated in 2009.
Inspired by her fathers military service, she commissioned in the United States Navy as a Dental Officer and continued her education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland. She later served as a dental officer aboard USS San Antonio (LPD 17) (2010-2012) and at Naval Health Clinic New England (2012-2016).
With the objective of fulfilling all of her professional aspirations, Dr. Baker separated from military service and began a successful career in private practice where she worked in dental offices both in Southern New England and later in Woodbridge, Virginia.
In 2018, Dr. Baker moved to Stephens City, Virginia with her husband, Paul, and their two children Luke (age 6) and Camilla (age 5). Dr. Baker loves to spend her free time exploring new activities and places with her family. When she has time, Dr Baker enjoys container gardening with both vegtables and flowers.
Michele is an attentive dental assistant and enjoys helping people feel comfortable at the dentist. She is great at anwsering any questions you might have and loves to make your experience at our office as fun as possible.
She enjoys spending her weekends either cycling on the country roads or racing her bike in the mid Atlantic region. She is an avid cyclist, as well as former collegiate track and cross country runner. She has been married to her husband, Brian, since 2017. They enjoy traveling, good food and wine, watching hockey, and spoiling their newly adopted cat, Callie.
Michele earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University and her Masters of Education in Sport and Recreation Administration from Temple University. Michele is originally from Marquette, Michigan and has lived in Virginia since 2002.
Trish has a wonderfully warm personality and will make you feel right at home during your visit! Trish completed her degree in dental hygiene in 2010 at Lord Fairfax and she is extremely knowledgeable on all modern day periodontal therapies and treatments. She enjoys staying up to date on the latest research and does an excellent job educating and helping her patients maintain a healthy smile.
Trishs patients tell us all of the time how wonderful and helpful she is with answering any questions they have about their teeth and their gums. Trish enjoys getting to know each of her patients on a personal level and looks forward to your visit!
Trish was born and raised in Frederick County and graduated from Sherando High School. She currently resides in Stephens City with her husband, three daughters, and many pets. She loves to spend time with her family and friends traveling and having fun outdoors. Trish also enjoys cooking, reading, and making homemade gifts.
Amber lives in Front Royal with her husband and her dog, Roxie. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, tubing, and canoing. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, thrift shopping, and traveling to new places. One of her most favorite trips was her honeymoon to Cancun!
Liz works as our treatment coordinator and insurance specialist. She will work with you and your insurance company to take care of financials and paperwork,ensuring that your visit is all about your dental health and comfort,not about worrying over your insurance.
Liz was born in Frederick County and graduated from James Wood High School in 1978. Liz currently lives in Winchester with her husband and two cats. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes her 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren. She loves scrapbooking and going to the beach!
Pam completed her degree in Dental Hygiene at Lord Fairfax. She loves getting to know all of her patients while providing personalized care to each one of them. Encouraging her patients to have a healthy and confident smile is one of the many things Pam enjoys about dental hygiene.
Pam was born and raised in Middletown and graduated from Sherando High School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and fianc. She also enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, and spoiling her pets.
Christy was born and raised in a small town in southern North Carolina. She and her husband are high school sweethearts who first moved to Virginia during her husbands service in the Marine Corp as an Air Traffic Controller. They now live in Stephens City with their 2 children and 2 dogs.

Polite, professional, and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment quickly, enjoyed the staff, and Dr. Baker was happy to take questions and very kind. Kudos to Haven, Liz, and Dr. Baker.

I ended up finding Dr Baker through google reviews , scheduled an EMERGENCY appointment and since DAY 1 LOVED THEM ! Haven was so nice/helpful with everything I needed help with . Sarah and Liz too . I'm terrified of the dentist , but they reassured me I was in good hands. Absolutely will recommend this practice TO ANYONE IN NEED . It's hard to find a place with RESPECTFUL staff , but this is it !

Pam cleaned my teeth and took x-rays, she was wonderful and very detailed. Liz at the front desk was also exceptional-she scheduled appointments for me to have a root canal taken care of at a different office. Dr Baker was also very knowledgeable and helpful. My filling that she gave me didn't even hurt. Highly recommend.

I have been and continue to be extremely pleased with the staff at Stiebel & Baker. I have been a patient for five years. My visit yesterday from my semi-annual cleaning/checkup meet all my expectations. Trish is an excellent hygienist - competent, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend Stiebel and Baker.

WOW! I just moved here and needed a new dentist. I Googled "dentist near me" and several came up. Reading the reviews sold me on this practice, and when I had my first appointment this morning I discovered the reviews were true!! Liz checked me in with a big smile, with other staff around her welcoming me as well. Trish cleaned my teeth, after first taking copious x-rays of my teeth and gums. They have the most modern equipment there! Trish was terrific, and my teeth were sparkling when she was finished. You can probably see them from where you are! Dr. Baker then came in and introduced herself before examining my teeth, gums, and all the films. She really seems to know her stuff! Made some recommendations before I was done, all of which I accepted. I liked her a lot! Next stop, back to Liz, who made my next appointments and printed out an estimate of the cost, including what my insurance would pay and what would be my responsibility. I am REALLY happy I picked this practice, and plan to be going there the rest of my days. Thank you Dr. Baker, Trish, Liz, and all the rest of the staff!! You are terrific!

I've been going to this Dentistry for almost a year now and I've loved every experience I've had there. All of the staff are fantastic, easy to talk to and wonderful at their jobs. I've had experiences with Michele, she's been there for all of my appointments since I've been going and she is so sweet and easy to talk to, she makes the anxiety of the dentist go away. I would suggest this dentists office to any one of my peers!!

I went here for a cleaning recently. I have a huge fear of the dentist. Pam was so easy to talk to and very sweet. She took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Very thorough cleaning! Dr. Baker was also very nice and welcomed me without judgement. When I was finished, Liz at the front desk helped me check out, book another appointment and answer my insurance questions. Great job and I feel more comfortable going now!

I was hesitate to go back. I'd been going there 20 years. The staff had changed, all new faces. Would the service be the same? After my appointment, there is NO DOUBT, nothing has changed. They still have the great courteous and caring service as before. The entire staff, upon arriving, until I left, did an amazing job. Thank You, Dr. Baker, for a job well done. And a special, THANKS, to Michelle and Sara. Who assisted on my procedure. You're both an asset to the office.

I have always been afraid of the dentist. Since I started going to Stiebel & Baker that has all changed. The staff is exstrmley friendly and helpful. All the hygienists are lovely and none judgemental. However, Trish is usually my helper. She always remembers details about my life and my anxiety over being in the chair. Trish puts me at ease everytime. I will definitely being going back to see the entrie team for meny years to come.

I am an older guy and have had many dentists over the years, but none better than Dr Baker. She is an excellent dentist with a very knowledgeable and professional staff. I had my 6 month checkup today with hygienist Trish who is very meticulous and gentle--a pleasant experience.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to, I'm so happy that I found them. Dr. Baker is amazing at everything she does. Even on days that I have had to call in for an emergency appointment she's happy to help me. Liz, the receptionist is so sweet, makes you feel welcomed and comfortable coming inside. Michele, one of Dr. Bakers dental hygienist is awesome, she's funny, caring and just a wonderful person to be around. Who knew going to the dentist would be a fun experience?! Since I have found this office I am so confident in my smile. I wish I could say thank you to Dr. Baker and her team a million times!

If I could put more stars I would! We have been going to this Dentist for many, many years now, and although I am sad about Dr. Stiebel retiring, but am also so very pleased with his replacement, Dr. Christine Baker. She is absolutely so caring , kind and takes time to listen to you. Her staff is magnificient! Everyone there is so friendly and make you feel like family. Liz is one fantastic Office Manager. Can't say enough great things about this business. Love you all !!

The staff at Stiebel & Baker move like clockwork, always starting appointments on time and ending in a timely fashion, and they couldn't be friendlier. If you're new to the area or just haven't been to the dentist in a long time, look no further. Ask for Trish, she's excellent at explaining what's going on in your mouth and at letting you know the best ways to maintain healthy gums and teeth.

I've been seeing Dr. Stiebel since the early 90's and dearly miss him. He's well deserving of impending retirement and I wish him the best! Roughly a year ago I was introduced to Dr. Baker as she's taking over the practice in time. My wife and I are EXTREMELY pleased with how well this dentistry is operating while in transition and can't say enough about how friendly, experienced and professional the staff is. My dental hygienist Trish is wonderful! As for Dr. Baker, she is very knowledgeable and comforting. She's also compassionate and pleasant to be around! We're looking forward to many years of their services!!!

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. They kept me well informed and were very knowledgeable. Christy the Hygienist was awesome and did such a great job of making me feel comfortable and really took care of my needs. My cleaning was excellent. Afterwards Dr.Baker did an assessment on my teeth and helped me determine what I needed next. 10/10 recommend Stiebel & Baker Dentistry, and recommend Christy the hygienist!
