We also know how scary it can be to go to the dentist and orthodontist. Many people fear coming in, so we do everything that we can to provide a calm and comfortable environment. Our staff is great at what they do. They are here to discuss any of your concerns and put you at ease.
There is also nothing worse than feeling like you are not able to discuss your teeth with your orthodontist. We dont want you to feel that way, so we are all here to help answer any questions you may have, no matter how silly you think they are. We can assure you that we have heard most of them already!
My amazing wife Mayre and I have been blessed with 6 children and 18 grandchildren. She has stood by my side while I attended Abilene Christian University, Baylor Dental School and then the Baylor Orthodontic Specialty Program. Baylor is now part of the A&M system and is recognized as one of the top orthodontic programs in the nation. It has been my honor and pleasure to serve this community and surrounding communities for all of my professional life. The transformations we are able to witness on a daily basis are extremely gratifying.

Our mission at Stewart Orthodontics is to improve the lives of people in our community through patient treatment and community involvement. Through our Support your Community program, we donate a portion of every treatment fee back to a local school, charity or organization. It is so important to support our community and we are passionate about giving back to those who have made our practice successful.

A loooong time ago, when I had braces from Dr Stewart, he was in the middle of taking them off one day. I cried out "oh god", because it was painful. Dr Stewart yelled at me (yes, yelled) for "taking the lords name in vain", and poor 15-year-old me just sat in the chair and cried, tears rolling down my face while he continued taking off my braces. Now that I'm an adult, I know that I should not have been treated that way, and that it was wrong of Dr Stewart to do that. It's a shame that he feels the need to push his religious rules on others, especially on young people who don't have an adult advocate by their side. But man, my teeth still look really good.

We absolutely love Dr. Stuart and his team. They are professional, fun, kind and genuine. I have had 3 girls use them for braces (and probably 3 more coming) and they are fabulous. I highly recommend them for ortho.

I've been a client of Stewart Orthodontics for quite some time now. Everyone has a very professional demeanor and delivers outstandingly performance. Everytime I have an issue or questions they solve everything right on the spot. This place doesn't even feel like an orthodontist. You walk in and everyone says hello and makes you feel comfortable. I'm never nervous about anything because they make you feel calm and safe. And my teeth have improved soo much thanks to Dr.Stewart and his team.

Dr. Stewart is a fine a man as you could find. He is also skilled, patient and wryly funny! Once he told me, as he was working on my braces, that he just didn't understand why everyday when he comes to work that there are all these people there with crooked teeth! HA! I am blessed to have such a great orthodontist right here in my home town that provides excellent care.
