Dr. Weintraub has been voted 'Top Dentist' for the past several years andwas tied for first place in 2016 among general dentists, based on peer votes in the Baltimore Magazine 'Top Dentists' annual survey.
Dr Weintraub has lectured internationally and been published regarding his expertise in the utilization of the Solea dental laser(Convergent Dental). Dr. Weintraub teaches dentists during hands-on seminars and is a trainer fornew Solea dentists. He has presented and demonstrated Solea's clinical use atinternational dental conferences in Berlin and Cologne Germany and in Toronto. Most recently he has taught laser dentists in Italy! He has been published regarding laser dentistry in publications such as the International Magazine of Laser Dentistry and Dentistry Today.
Dr. Joshua Weintraub has spent more than 20 years practicing dentistry in this community, which has allowed him to develop long-term relationships with many of his patients. These relationships, many of which have become friendships, make Dr. Weintraubs days rewarding. Each morning he comes into the office knowing that hell not only be meeting new patients and learning about their lives, but hell be seeing established patients and spending time hearing the latest news about their adventures and their families.
Known for his compassion and his ability to deliver professional dental care without pain or stress, Dr. Weintraub is highly sought for his skills in working with apprehensive and nervous patients. His gentle manner and his comforting presence help reticent patients relax and know they are in excellent hands.
Dr. Weintraub graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1996. At Maryland, he was president of the local Alpha Omega chapter and was active as a CPR instructor. Dr. Weintraub started his dental career in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps as a lieutenant in Okinawa, Japan. He spent a year as the dentist to the 2,000 Marines of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, and traveled aboard the ship USS Belleau Wood to Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea, Bali, and Australia.
Dr. Weintraub attends numerous hours in continuing education courses each year, in order to stay abreast of the latest technological and treatment advances in dentistry. This ensures he is able to provide his patients with leading-edge, proven dental care. He is also an active member of several dental study clubs, which allows him to collaborate with peers.
Dr. Weintraub is a native of Fairfield, CT. He, Olivia and their blended family of 6 kidsstay quite busy! Dr. Weintraub occasionally makes time for cooking (and eating!), sculpting, fishing, and vegetable gardening, and on occasion he gets to scuba divetoo.
Dr. Joel Danziger is excited to join Stevenson Smiles. During his five years at the University of Maryland, Dr. Danziger had great relationships with his patients, many of whom are following Dr. Danziger to Stevenson Smiles.
Dr. Danziger is looking forward to meeting and getting to know all of the patients at Stevenson Smiles. Providing the most advanced dental care in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere are Dr. Danzigers priorities.
Dr. Danziger received his doctorate from the University of Maryland Baltimore Dental School, where he was selected for a special clerkship in Oral Surgery. After receiving his D.D.S. degree, he completed an Advanced General Dentistry residency program at the University of Maryland. In his residency, Dr. Danziger received extensive experience in the more complicated aspects of dentistry. His training included surgical placement of implants and complex crown and bridge restoration.
Dr. Danziger regularly attends numerous hours in continuing education courses each year in order to stay well informed and up to date with the latest technological and treatment advances in dentistry. This ensures that he is always able to provide the highest levels of quality care to his patients. He is also actively involved in dental study clubs and professional affiliations, where he collaborates with his peers.
Dr. Danziger is a native of Buffalo, NY. He, his wife Hindy, and their two sons and daughter now reside in Pikesville, MD. In his free time, he likes spending time with his family, cooking, and playing sports with his kids.

If premedication was required before a cleaning or any procedure, it should have been communicated ahead in the many reminder texts and emails sent in advance of the appointment. In this case, staff knew of a surgical procedure that would have prompted an answer ahead of time. Wasted appointment.

Went for dental hygiene. Sarah is amazing! Very gentle & thorough. Met Dr. Weintraub today. Caring & thorough as well. Many thanks to Dr. Leon Katz for getting us to this wonderful practice on his retirement. I will continue traveling from York, PA to this practice for my dental care!

Dr W took me on time which is a plus. This was the first time I met him. I have confidence in his ability...but I wasn't happy that he left me at least 5 times to check on hygiene patients. I can understand an emergency, but this seems to be his MO.

Always have a great experience here. My whole family uses Dr Weintraub. Never a wait and the office staff, hygienists, and dentists all super nice and great with kids. Office is really nice. Have been able to get emergency visits and reach on weekends for dental concerns without any trouble. They are also really patient and kind with my 3yo who is not very cooperative!
