Denise was born and raised in Philadelphia. She attended dental hygiene school at Community college of Philadelphia from 2001-2003 and graduated with a Certified Dental Assistant Certificate and an AS in Dental Hygiene with honors and was her class president. Denise has worked with Dr. Stevenson her entire dental career as his assistant prior to earning her RDH. She started with Drs. Edelman and Stevenson as a CDA in 2003 and began working as the practices first dental hygienist in 2004. She currently resides in Bucks County with her husband Craig and their Labrador Toody. Her hobbies are cooking, reading, gardening with her husband and travel.

Originally from Northern New Jersey, Jackie is an Alumnae of Beaver College in Glenside. She has been in the dental field since the mid 1990s. She lives locally with her husband and dogs. She is an animal advocate and enjoys volunteering with a local dog rescue in her free time.

Marcy has been in the dental field for 30 + years. Originally as an assistant and then moving on to the front desk position. She lives locally with her husband and enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and friends.

Amy Bendler is graduate of Abington High School, class of 1977. Earned an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences from Philadelphila Community College in 1993. Obtained licensure to pratice Dental Hygiene in the state of Pennsylvania 1993. Amy has worked with Drs. Edelman and Stevenson since September 2011

Marie has worked in dentistry for the past 12 years with the past 10 in direct patient care as a chairside assistant. She currently resides in Bucks County after spending several years in Baltimore, Maryland. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Dr. James Stevenson is a general restorative and cosmetic dentist in the Philadelphia area since 1998. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Stevenson has served as Team Dentist for the Philadelphia Kixx of the Major Indoor Soccer League. He has been named Top Dentist By Philadelphia Magazine and currently maintains a private practice in Dresher, PA.

Dr. Stevenson grew up in New York graduating from Archbishop Molloy High School and received a B.S. in Biology from Fordham University. He received his dental degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1998. Dr. Stevenson completed a General Practice Residency at Abington Memorial Hospital, and now holds a teaching/staff position with the Abington Medical Staff.

Dr. Stevenson is an active participant in organized dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and sits on the board of the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Society. He is the past president of the Clinics Club of Philadelphia and a current member of a local Spear Study club dedicated to advanced clinical education in dentistry.

Dr. Stevenson resides in Upper Dublin Township, PA with his wife Dr. Meredith Slone a fellow dentist in Horsham, PA. They are proud parents of their daughter Annika who attends Jarrettown Elementary in Upper Dublin. They also have a large hound named Logan whom they recently rescued from South Carolina.

Our dental practice dates back to the 1960s when Dr. Irv Kean and Dr. David Greene were practicing in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. In the late 1970s the office was moved to Cedarbrook Hill Apartment in Wyncote , PA. Dr. Edelman joined Kean and Green at Cedarbrook in 1981. In 1996, after the retirement of Kean and Green , Dr. Edelman moved the practice to its current location in Dresher, PA.

Dr. James Stevenson joined the practice after completing his general practice residency at Abington Hospital in 1999. Drs. Edelman and Stevenson have been business partners for over 15 years and maintain a very modern, technologically advanced dental practice to serve our patients dental health needs.
