Dr. Stevensons staff will be happy to assist you in filing insurance claims; however, we are not an in-network provider for any insurance company.Please bring your insurance card to your visit. All co-payments are collected at the time services are rendered.In addition, we accept all major credit cards and cash. Payment options can be discussed at the time the treatment plan is presented.Be sure to ask about all the details during your visit.

Kimberly is an accomplished author of a poetry book, Swept Away. She enjoys spending time with her three boys and husband doing anything outdoors. Cooking and baking are also something Kimberly enjoys.

5 out of 5. If Google had more stars you guys would always get the max rating! I've been coming here close to 20 years ever since I moved to Jax. Since the beginning Dr. STEVENSON has always been honest and up front with me and always has taken care of me. When you enter the beautiful & lovely Office Administrator Kimberly always greets you with a smile. No matter how bad of a day you are having or how much pain you are dealing with she will assure you that the doc will be with you soon. Also sometimes emergencies happen but they are so good at staying on time with your appointment. Next if you are there for your check up or teeth cleaning Shelly will take care of you. She is a wonderful Dental Hygienist and a really nice cool person. We are always chatting and seeing how everyone has been doing since the last time I had to come in. Last but not least I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Neil Stevenson & his wife Karie. I've had to have a lot of work done over the years and they both are great people. You can talk to them both about anything and they make you feel so comfortable even though you might be dealing with some extreme pain. A few years back I had a dental emergency and called and left a message with the office even though I knew they were closed hoping they would get it first thing Monday morning and try to get me in as soon as possible but they called me back Saturday night and had me come in 1st thing Sunday morning even though they're closed on Sundays. When I was dealing with extreme pain Karie and Dr. Stevenson went out of their way for me and I will never forget that!!! All in all this is a highly skilled staff of talented people and best of all super friendly awesome people. I'm in here a lot and everyone is great even the staff I didn't mention by name. I could go on and on but this review is pretty long already. I swear I'm not a paid spokesman for Stevenson Family Dentistry. -Jerry

Doctor Stevenson are super nice and knowledgeable! He always has a solution to my problem. I truly appreciated all the help I got!! Hygienist Shelly is the best. She has a kind heart, very gentle and attention to details!! Staff members are all very nice and polite. I highly recommend this family dentistry

I am a new patient for Dr. Stevenson. I called them with a serious toothache and they were quick to get me in at the last minute and resolve my problem. The staff is both very professional and caring. As for Dr. Stevenson, he explains each step of the procedure he is performing as he goes. I would thoroughly recommend Stevenson Family Dentistry.

Everyone in this office is friendly, helpful, and caring. Dr. Stevenson is wonderful - kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable during my tooth extraction, and used a laser treatment to help with healing and pain. I had an excellent experience here and highly recommend this dental practice.

My sons first time away from home & out on his own & of course needed an emergency tooth extraction. Dr Stevenson & his staff were so good to him! They walked him through everything & helped him feel at ease. They were so good to me too, keeping me in the loop with calls & texts & emails to make sure I knew everything that was going on! I was so nervous at first but they were over the top kind & patient with me. I am so grateful for Dr Stevenson & his staff!! I would highly recommend them!!

Everyone at Stevenson Family Dentistry is polite, eficiente, and willing to work around your schedule. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Stevenson is the most experienced Dentist I've ever known. This is a great place.

Dr. Stevenson and his staff are fantastic! I have worked in the dental field for 7 years and have yet to find a doctor that is so compassionate and will sit down and explain everything to you, and allow you to ask all your questions and be completely honest and up front. Loved my experience, I will definitely be bringing my son here too.
