ABSOLUTELY fantastic people, I visited Dr Bensons office on October 30 2020, I was there to have have multiple extractions done at this time. Office staff made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions prior to surgery. It was a pain free experience and for that I'm very thankful. I highly recommend Dr. Bensons office to anyone needing oral surgery they are fantastic!!!!!

Dr Benson removed all but 8 of my teeth then Covid 9 hit someone in the office got covid and my appointment cot canceled I called constantly to get the remaining teeth removed and kept getting shoved off, finally I got thru to them to find out he is selling the practice and the new people will not accept my insurance so now I'm stuck with 8 rotting teeth and no one near by to remove the and an extra jaw bone to be removed I was told by a new person that I kept being .pushed off because they knew. He had sold the practice. I was told they would remove the remaining 8 teeth if I could pay them $3000.00 yes you heard me $3000.00.

I'm an in-home health caregiver and I bring my clients here and it's very confusing for some people when you come in and you need to stay to the left and go to the office that's connected to Benson oral surgery and dental implants so you're not waiting at the building on the right that is empty besides a law firm

My daughter was seen by Dr. Treasure for a second opinoin/ consultation after having wisdom teeth removal at another dentist in the area. The level of concern, care and compassion shown by Dr. Treasure and his staff was absolutely amazing. So impressed!!!!

Dr Treasure and staff did a very good job. They were compassionate and prior to services I gave them my insurance information and was provided a quote for my portion which I paid at the time of service. After Benson Oral submitted the claim to my insurance there was a discrepancy between what my insurance paid and what was billed. When I inquired about this, they told me that they had quoted me the "Reasonable and Customary" coverage amounts. Had I asked for a "Pre-Determination" they would have submitted my specific information to the insurance and received an actual coverage amount. So while I highly recommend the services of Dr Treasure and staff, I encourage you to get a "Pre-Determination" so that you are not surprised by any insurance discrepancy. Their entire office was always helpful, professional, and considerate.

I needed to have three teeth extracted and was told it would cost $450. I paid the day of the painful extraction. Weeks later a bill arrived for another $120. Surprised I called the office and found out that insurance did not pay as much as the practice expected because only those charges that are "reasonable and customary" are covered. Apparently, Benson's fees are neither. Benson over charged me by 26.6%!

Both my son and I have had Dr. Benson as our oral surgeon and been very happy with the entire experience. In my son's case, I had to call Dr. Benson later that evening because I wanted to check on worries to do with my son's recovery. Dr. Benson was so understanding and calming, even if I did interrupt his evening plans! High recommend and will go to him again!

Him and his staff are absolutely fantastic, especially for those with a huge fear of getting teeth pulled. I was so nervous I started hyperventilating and him and his whole team helped calm me down and make me feel better. They were SO patient with me, which is embarrassing how much they probably needed to be cause I was a mess. Mom was also being a stress head like me and doctor took the time to calm her down too and explain everything to her. Point is, no matter what oral procedure you might be scared to get done, Dr. Benson will make it wayy easier and less nerve-wracking for you!!
