Dr. Timothy W. Surber is a graduate of Valparaiso High School and Wabash College. Dr. Surber earned his dental degree at the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2013. Thereafter, he completed his specialty training in Maxillofacial Surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Surbers work has been recognized and awarded by the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Surber is Board-certified and maintains active Diplomate status in the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also involved in professional organizations such as, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, ADA, and many local study groups. Additionally, Dr. Surber is actively philanthropic. In 2012, he traveled to Lima, Peru as part of a multi-disciplinary surgical mission team. Locally, Dr. Surber donates his time and skills on call at multiple local hospitals for facial trauma and other patients in need of the specialty.

I am very pleased with the service performed by Dr. Surber and the entire Aspire staff. I needed to have some minor tooth extractions performed and I am so impressed at how painless and timely the service was completed. Everyone on Dr. Surber's team were caring, thorough and professional. Definitely gets my highest rating!

The staff was really nice and helpful. The only problem I have is, in between the time I scheduled the appointment, and the time of the actual appointment, they dropped my insurance provider, and I wasn't notified. I had been dealing with immense pain for the 2+ months prior to them being able to get me in...and on the day of the appointment, they tell me I'd be paying out of pocket. I had to choose whether to find another oral surgeon and wait another 2+ months, dealing with the pain, or, just pay the $2100 out of pocket. I feel as though the dentists office should give people fair notice in these situations. I'm a single mother with three children, with inflation and rising costs of living, this really hurt me, financially. I know I had a choice to walk away but, the pain I was dealing with needed to be dealt with immediately.

I admit it. I am deathly afraid to go to the dentist. This visit with Dr. Stevenson changed everything. My experience with him and the staff was amazing! I injured my tooth. It was badly cracked with no choice left but to extract it. I was terrified. The staff is extremely caring and your comfort truly matters to them. Dr. Stevenson extracted my tooth with absolutely zero pain. Dr is very calm. Very friendly. In fact the dr himself followed up with me that evening! I am two days postop and still have no pain. I would recommend Dr. Stevenson and this clinic to everyone.

Dr. Surber and his staff were wonderful. Polite, courteous, helpful. Dr. Surber himself was efficient while considerate of my well being and not only checked on me throughout the surgery but informed me of what he was doing and what I'd feel each step of the way. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!

I was extremely nervous for my procedure. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Procedure was quick and painless. I have minimal swelling and no bruising like I had expected. They made sure I had all of my medications at home prior to the surgery. Overall great experience. I will use them in the future for any need. Highly recommend.

Dr. Surber extracted my lower teeth, and put in two implants to hold my lower denture in place. During and after the procedure I never experienced any pain. They told me I wouldn't, but I just couldn't imagine how that could be. They were right. A few months later I had to go back to make sure everything healed alright. The Dr. said it had healed so well that on one of the implants the bone grew over it. He had to drill and scrape to remove that part of the bone. It sounds horrible but still no pain. All I can say is Dr. Surber is very nice and caring, and a wonderful doctor. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend. I also want to add that his staff is amazing.

My daughter needed a tooth extraction and tooth exposed for orthodontic treatment. We were referred to Stevenson, Fairchild and Surber and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience! They are very straightforward and totally transparent. Every member of the team was polite and personable. They took there time explaining the procedure and answering all our questions. When the time came for my daughters procedure they were on time and efficient. We are so pleased that we are going to contact them when all our children need their wisdom teeth removed!

I saw Dr. Surber for a dental implant. He was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. During the surgery, he consistently checking how I was doing and very efficient. The implant itself literally took only 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend his office and services to anyone needing oral surgery!

I had to have a crown removed and a tooth extraction. Dr Surber is so kind and professional. His staff were some of the best I have ever encountered. They got me in right away and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. It's been 24 hours and I am already feeling better. Usually I'm in pain for days, but I really feel like Dr Surber made the difference. Go here for your oral surgery needs!!

I came in to this office to get an extraction done. I was surprised to see how he (Dr. Fairchild) actually took a look at some of my condition that I wrote down and even gave advice as to his concerns about some of them and how they could affect the extraction. He was very professional and quick to answer any of my questions openly and honestly. After I got home, I took his advice as far as the meds and routine care and got it started. A few hours later, he actually called me HIMSELF to check up on me and make sure everything was ok. I literally could not recommend him more. If you need work done, especially something as sensitive as an extraction- this is the only place to go, in my opinion. In a world full of people that don't care about you, I can say that he does. It meant the world for just one phone call. For anything regarding your oral health- I recommend Dr. Fairchild. -As a side note, for anyone who is cautious: I do not and have not ever worked there, I do not know him outside of my visit and I was not paid for this comment. You can trust this as an honest to goodness review. He will help you.

Great service and very professional. I was getting multiple teeth pulled and had to be sedated, so I was nervous going in. Dr. Surber and his staff helped me get comfortable and relaxed before they started. After it was over, I realized I had nothing to be nervous about because the whole process went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and the staff is kind, helpful and caring. Dr Fairchild is an excellent Oral Surgeon. I would highly recommend him. Knowing I was nervous, he made me feel important and made sure I was doing well during and after my procedure. He also called me at home to follow up on how I was doing.
