I'm happy I decided to go to Steven's Crossing Dental Care. We recently relocated from another state, our dentist of 14 years, and after a terrible experience at different dental office in St. Cloud I was reluctant to go to another dentist in the St. Cloud area. I was pleasantly surprised at everyone at Steven's Crossing from check in to meeting the dentist and checkout. Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. I'm happy to bring my entire family here for our dental care needs. Thank you Steven's Crossing Dental Care for everything!

I am beyond scared of any dental procedures. This is my second time needing emergency care. Not only did they get me in immediately, they also extracted the tooth right then. I hour total. I am so pleased with their customer service and care, I will now take the jump to commit to regular visits of maintenance.

Really liked this office at first.. then it started to get worse. Couldn't get dates of appointments right, couldn't help go around my schedule at ALL. Finally was fed up with the scheduling and saw a new dentist.. who has been working for 15 years. Says my dentist at dental crossing gave me way too many fillings. Claimed that I had way more cavities than I actually do. When the new dentist called stephens crossing to get information on what they had done to my teeth, stephens crossing claimed not to have any records for me. They also would not tell my new dentist what brand of post they had installed in my mouth. Now my new dentist is going to have to take it out, (he's doing all of this for free to make what stephens crossing did right) install a new post, and then get a tooth to put on. So glad that I got out of stephens dental crossing. Happy to be at a new office where they don't try to over charge you, and steal your money. Cannot wait to pull all of my friends and family out of this place and recommend them to my new dental office. I will never be returning to this place again.

I suffer from severe anxiety and they treated me with care and patience Jenny was an Angel yes there very expensive but you get what you pay for I guess there office is very clean and I would recommend them

My experience at Stevens Crossing Dental Care was both pleasant and reassuring as the staff explained what they were going to do, and what procedures they recommend based on my x-rays and exam. They were very accommodating about making my next appointment, and went over the costs of procedures I am facing, as well explaining a financial plan that they offer to help make costs more affordable. The people who work in this office are very nice, but I have to write this review. I am from Wilmington, North Carolina. My children have been going to the dentist every six months faithfully since they were 18 months old. We have also had a mouth expended and four sets of braces. We believe in dental care. I went to this dentist today for the first time. I have never had so many X-rays taken of my mouth. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly. She did a great job. She asked if I wanted a $35 pre cancer screening. In Wilmington, the dentist did a very thorough cancer screening every six months. She also asked if I wanted a $35 fluoride treatment. This would cost me $70 out of pocket after insurance. These things were always covered in Wilmington. Then I was told that I needed two crowns and a third cavity. Wow. It has been eight months since my last dentist visit, but that seemed like a lot. At the desk they tried to charge me $70 for the flourished and cancer screening. The sweet hygienist said no she declined those. My eldest son went next. He had a different hygienist He told them no flourished or cancer screening. Just the cleaning. They charged him $90 for his visit. I asked why and he said he had to have a special cleaning because of the plaque build up. Um not okay. So my younger son was next. I said please just give him the cleaning that is covered by insurance. They said okay they wouldn't do anything that wasn't covered by insurance. They did all of those X-rays and no cleaning at all. I called and they said well he needed the deep cleaning as well and since we wouldn't pay for it he didn't get any cleaning. So I said so now we cannot go to another dentist because you have charged our insurance for the initial visit and we cannot go another dentist for a year. I asked if I paid the $90 would they please give my son the special cleaning. They said they would. They also said that this son who has had two cavities his whole life has several cavities that need to be filled. At the end of his cleaning instead of the $90 he was charged 121.50. They gave him the fluoride after being told many times not to do that. He was just at the dentist eight months ago and is always told how great his teeth look. So we paid over $200and all have our teeth cleaned, but now we will have to wait a year so we can find a dentists office that we can trust. We used to have all of this done plus the cancer screenings and a full examination by the dentist covered by our insurance. After this, I seriously am considering just taking the ten hour drive to our family dentist we know and trust every six months. We will never go back to this dentist. I am a teacher and cannot afford this.

My wife went here to have teeth removed and the gave her a healing denture now it time for perming one with implant and when we went to the dentist doing the work for the implant and permit denture that Steven dental billed for permit denture I. Correctly and now dental insurance will not pay for permit denture for 5 years and we spent lots of money and this office Billing is rude and even after dental insurance told them the billed I correctly 3 months later and still fighting to get this corrected my advice do it use this dentist they bill for work they did t do and now here where are fighting to get this fixed I wouldn't use them if I had emergency very unprofessional and now we fight

My husband had his first appointment here today and they did nothing. Didn't even give him a cleaning. Just sent him a list of everything wrong with his mouth. Will not be going here ever again.

I hate going to the dentist. I have to mentally prepare myself before going. This staff was so nice and professional . I am so thankful that I chose them. Give them a try you will be pleased.

I like Dr Suite, she and her assistant are awesome but unfortunately they are Overcharging and they claim for services that were fully paid by me to the insurance almost 40% more than the actual charges. They refuse to pay me back for the check that Cigna had sent to them accidentally. When I called and asked about my charges they in retaliation sent me a bill for that phone call for 103.00 dollars Very rude customer service.

Highly unethical billing practices. Sent me a bill for $47 a year and a half later. To make matters worse we had moved to another city and was unaware of the situation. Bill got sent over to collection agency to ruin my reputation. All of this without knowing if the bill was legit makes my blood boil.

I could not be happier with Dr. Suite, Dental Hygienist, Maria, and Dental Assistant, Jenny. They were friendly, thorough, time-sensitive, professional, and in my opinion experts in their field. I would highly recommend seeing them for all of your dental care needs.
