This is absolute NOT a good Dental Office for anyone. You will pay lots of extra if you come to this place. The doctor is nice but not the front desk. I didn't give him authorization to use my PPO plan. I was keep asking the front desk from beginning to the end if I can use my Delta Dental USA plan which I purchased from Costco. The answer is yes. So I decided to pay by cash with my Delta Dental USA plan. And I paid full price $690 that the front desk asked for. He said it the price if I don't want to use my PPO plan and I don't own the doctor any thing. He also write ZERO BALANCE on the receipt. But, I found he charged me on my PPO plan after. The front desk Mike He also Charged me $50 as Deductible when I decided to not pay my service without my PPO plan. It's like stealing money from my pocket.

I'm so grateful for Dr. Hou's patience and knowledge for my oral care. He helped me and my family on so many various dental related issues along with sleep apnea. I fly all the way from Taiwan every year to come get my check ups from Dr. Hou!

After my first visit, I was immediately grateful for my decisions going to see Dr. Hou after seeing his profile online. His new TMJ appliance helped me remove my jaw pain and allowed me to have better sleep. Both my mom and I go to see him now! I will definitely recommend him to all friends and family!!!

I love to take my daughter and myself to see Dr. Hou and the staff. They are a professional team and I am happy with their services. I have no complaint and no pain. They did a great job in removing my old filling to new fillings and i must say it did not hurt at all. Thank you so much we love you.

Horrible service they never answer their phones called for 2 hours straight never answered the phone had to go down there and they said they were busy

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Hou since my family and I trust him very much. He always ensures that I leave feeling comfortable with my oral care being excellent. Also to add, we have the same last name, but we AREN'T relatives ahaha.Highly recommended!
