Since 1977,Dr. Steve Whitehas been a leader and preferred provider of quality dental services to patients in Tulsa and surrounding communities.Dr. White & his teamoffers comprehensive dental examinations and specializes in a wide array of cosmetic, preventive, general and specialized dental services.
When walking into White Cosmetic & Family Dentistry for the first time & every time, you will see our complimentary beverage station. Choose from bottled water, juice, or V-8, or make your own coffee, tea, or hot chocolate,using our Keurig machine. In addition, you can use our free-wifi to access your own movies on your phone or tablet.
Once you are comfortably seated in one of our treatment rooms, you will notice a flat-screen TV, to enjoy watching cable or movies; in addition to using this same screen to show you your personal x-rays or photos of your teeth.
We also understand that just hearing the word Dentist can send some into a state of fear, preventing them from entering a dental office for several years. In order to calm this fear, we offer nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas. Nitrous oxide is an odorless gas that you inhale through a nose-piece, which allows you to still be conscious, however, it will put you in a state of relaxation. The effects of nitrous oxide last only while youre in our office. We will have you breathe pure oxygen for a minimum of five minutes before you leave our office, and youll be able tosafely drive yourself home, or back to work.
Dr. White and his team are committed to on-going professional education to continually enhance their clinical skills in all areas of dentistry, including smile design, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontic procedures, implants, and crowns or dentures, supported by implants. Dr. White also proudly offers expertise in Neuromuscular Occlusion, which determines a patients optimal bite in order to create the most comfortable, healthy and wonderful smile.

Dr. White, a 1977 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry, has enjoyed a successful practice in Tulsa since that time. He has been involved with the Tulsa County Dental Society as an officer and program director ; with the Oklahoma Dental Association as a House of Delegates representative ; Dr. White served as President of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Dental Foundation from 1999-2001 ; He has also served on the Boards of the local non-profit organizations D-Dent and Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dental Services.
She enjoys being a wife, and is also mother to daughter, Kaylee. Lonna was born and raised in Broken Arrow. She loves to travel, including a new found love of hiking, however, also just enjoys being a homebody, watching movies & spending time with her family.
Our offices hygienist is Lacy. She has been practicing dental hygiene since moving to Oklahoma in 2012. Lacy and her husband moved from their hometown of Springfield, Missouri. She has been a board member of the Oklahoma Dental Hygiene Association. In her free time she enjoys baking, playing table top or video games and reading. However, mostly loves spending time with her son.
Her goal as a healthcare provider is to educate her patients on the best steps to take in order to have a healthy mouth that can in turn make them want to smile more. She prides herself in her gentle touch and her ability to empathize with her patients.
Suzette is our front desk coordinator, and most often times, the friendly voice youll hear answering when you call our office. She began in dentistry in 2008, graduating from Community Care College with honors as a dental assistant. Over the course of 3 years, she assisted both dentists and hygienists with clinical procedures before transitioning to the front desk. She strives to serve our patients helping to meet their dental needs. Outside of work, she spends her time raising her two beautiful daughters and handsome young son! They enjoy playing outside, watching movies, playing board games and trying new foods together.
J.T., is Dr. Whites youngest son, and our office lab technician. He is who creates the porcelain crowns, veneers, and other porcelain restorations for our patients. He has ten years plus of expertise in the dental lab field, and works alongside Dr. White to offer each patient the very best work possible. He enjoys the opportunity to get to know our patients and interact with them about the technology used for same-day crowns.
Daisy is our offices part-time customer service representative, and considered the favorite employee. Rescued as a puppy from the Tulsa SPCA in May 2018, she has been providing a way of lowering blood pressure & dog-cuddle fixes ever since. Daisys energy level requires her to attend Doggie Daycare twice a week. However, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, she hangs out with us. She likes to brag that some patients ONLY schedule on the days that shes in the office; we cant blame them Outside of providing top-notch customer service, Daisy likes to run around at the dog park, play (treat enticing) fetch, and sit or down in order to get all the yummy treats.

I really love everyone there but Daisy is the best I can't say enough good about this office and Dr white is awesome I can look forward to going to the dentist now

I am over joyed with the results of my dental work today. Dr. White did an amazing job. He and his assistant were so kind and took the extra time to make sure I was doing well. I will be forever greatful to Dr. White for giving me a wonderful smile. I just had a conference boost.

Today's procedure by Dr White and his very skilled dental assistant was another example of the very skilled and gentle treatment I have been receiving from Dr White's dentistry practice over the years. It's hard to compare with another practice when I have been coming to Dr White for over 35years. I am always treated as family with the upmost professionalism and concern, as well as greeted with a gentle smile. My son has also entrusted Dr White with his care for over 20years as well. Many may fear going to a dentist, but I can assure you, Dr White and his staff will calm your fears the moment you walk into the office. I'm so grateful for Dr White and his staff. They worked me in due to a dental emergency! All of the staff were kind and compassionate. Dr White was calm and very polite to his assistant. They worked very well as a team. I felt very comfortable and felt that I was in good hands. Dr White and I discussed fabricating a bite guard for me. He immediately understood what I thought was going to be difficult to explain. Another dental office was not able to comprehend nor fabricate an appropriate bite guard. I am relieved to have found this office. Going to the dentist is not always a pleasant experience, but in this office Dr White and his staff really convey that they want to help you! The office is clean, stylish and welcoming. This made me feel like I was in a competent environment.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I was referred by my mother in law and was skeptical at first since I hated going to the dentist. This place makes you feel like family the moment you walk in the door. You will feel welcomed right when you walk in and greeted with a genuine hello. Everyone is happy and very professional. These amazing people really do care for their clients and wants what is best for them even when you leave the office. I received a mailed thank you note from Dr white that was hand written thanking me for choosing them and another one signed by all employees congratulating me for my new baby I had. I was shocked they even knew I had my baby but found out later my mother in law called to reschedule an appointment she had due to the birth. For them to take the time out and send me that is amazing and makes me feel like family. My whole family will use this dentist as long as Dr white is in business!! Thank you Dr white for a wonderful experience!!

So incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone was talkative and helpful. They didn't rush me out and did an amazing job at addressed my concerns and questions. The patient questionnaire that I filled out prior to my appointment was very well addressed during my consult. Also, the usually uncomfortable x-ray pieces that they use was not discomforting at all. They did an amazing job placing and avoiding any pain or discomfort at all. I look forward to going back!

My first root canal was virtually painless! Dr. Steve's professional staff explained everything and they understood my anxiety. Dr. was gentle and considerate during the procedure and he even called that evening to check on me! Wonderful staff and super Dentist!

The best experience ever! Very impressed that Dr. White completed an interview with me in an office (not dental chair) went over my complete history! First time this has ever happened in my experience! Loved all the staff. . .they have great people skills, explained everything. I have already told my neighbors about my experience. . .had to have a tooth extracted. Post-Op instructions were given to me and key areas high lighted!

Such a wonderful place to get work done. I just moved to Oklahoma two months ago, and had no idea who a good dentist was. Feb 15th I fell and broke my front tooth(on my birthday, no less). The next morning I called them and they had me come right in. I have SEVERE anxiety at the dentist, but they were SO understanding, patient and kind to me. Literally the best experience at the dentist I've had in my 44 years of life. Dr. White even called me at home later in the day to make sure I was doing ok after the root canal and build up he did. I would recommend this office to anyone who is uncomfortable at the dentist. Dr. White and his staff are phenomenal!
