I had visited Dr. Stein for root canal treatment and I left with a destroyed porcelain crown. I understand that accidents can happen but I was only asking him to take responsibility for his mistake by paying at least the copay for the new crown. The created inconvenience, pain and unpleasantness are priceless. For someone who cares only for their own business it was of course too much. It's deconstructive for our community to have such unscrupulous businesses. I strongly not recommend.

I have seen Dr. Neary more times than I wish I had to, but my own negligence put me in that situation. I believe I have gotten five root canals done by Dr. Neary. The woman is Michael Jordan. She is completely calming (I am very dental phobic) while you're with her. Her level of professionalism is amazing. Methodical, caring and precision are three words that pop when I think of Dr. Neary. Every movement you are aware what she will be doing, what you may feel and she is done quickly and with the job finished proper. I have been told by dozens of dentists that I have "EXTREMELY LONG ROOTS". No one else will touch them. Dr. Neary seems to navigate them with ease. I have had cleanings more traumatic at other dentists' offices worse than root canals near nerve lines than I have had with Dr. Neary. Without any hesitation, I can say this woman deserves 6 stars. I am not sure what it takes to be the best in her field, but if she is NOT the best in her field, the field needs to change what the best is to exactly how Dr. Neary operates. I'd like to add that the office staff from the people answering the phone and handling billing, to the assistants are all welcoming and top notch. These people are not just "specialists" in a dental sense, but in how they handle you as a patient and human being as well.

Dr. Neary has done 3 of my root canals at this point and I would never go to another exodontists. She is fantastic. She talks you through the entire process and I have never felt a thing in her chair. I have a bit of dental phobia and I have fallen asleep during my root canal procedure. I highly recommend going there. The entire staff from the receptionist on up are so friendly and warm.

Over the last 20 years Dr. Stein has done a few root canal treatments for me. I have never had a problem with any of his work, and I still have the teeth. In our house when we have a problem with out teeth or our dentist we get a second opinion from Dr. Stein. And if it is serious, I will only let Dr. Stein or his associate Dr. Neary do the work.
