When one undergoes a root canal, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed.
A crown, sometimes known as dental cap, is a type of dental restoration which completely caps or encircles a tooth or dental implant. Crowns are often needed when a large cavity threatens the ongoing health of a tooth.

They're the best!! My family and I have been going there for years now. My hygienist, Donna, really cleans my teeth with care. She's super friendly and detail oriented with her technique. You get your own remote control and can watch television right above your chair. I highly recommend Dr. Markowitz and team!!
