Dr. Steven Streelman is a California Board Certified dentist, specializing in family, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. Dr. Streelmans love and appreciation for his own family, which consists of his wife and four beautiful daughters, shows through in his work: Dr. Streelmans practice provides a pleasant and warm atmosphere geared toward the entire family where the patients needs come first.
Continuing his fathers legacy, who was a practicing dentist for 47 years, Dr. Streelman believes in building a strong patient/provider relationship, assuring you, the patient of the highest quality dental care coupled with complete patient satisfaction.
Dr.Streelman graduated from the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2002 where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. Inspired by learning and highly motivated to remain at the forefront of new advancements in his field, Dr. Streelman won the highly-acclaimed Quintessence Publishing Award for research while studying at LLU.
After graduating from Loma Linda, Dr.Streelman served his country in the Navy for four years. He has toured in Iraq as well as on humanitarian aid missions in the Philippines. As a result, Dr Streelman caters particularly to Military personnel and their families. While serving in the Navy, Dr.Streelman received extensive oral surgery training which he now applies in his own practice.

Anna has 30 years experience being a dental team member. She lives in Oceanside with her husband of 30 years, son, daughter, two Basset Hounds and three tortoises. She was born and raised in Carlsbad and enjoys her time off with a mug of coffee and a book. She also enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family.
Audrey has been a Registered Dental Assistant for over thirty years. She is married, and has one son, one granddaughter, and one great-granddaughter. Her family includes two dogs; one boxer and one chiweenie. Her hobbies include: gardening, sewing, cooking, being a caregiver to seniors, and traveling.
Lauren has been a hygienist for over 25 years, enjoys treating and getting to know all her patients. She is originally from the Bay Area, but now calls San Diego County her home. Lauren is married has one son and two Rottweillers. On her off time she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family.
Ashley is Audreys granddaughter and works part-time helping out around the office. She is a full-time student at Cal State University San Marcos, pursuing a double major in Sociology and Womens Studies. On campus she is Treasurer of a student organization called Feminist Unite, and President/Founder of one of the newest student organizations on campus called CSUSM Student-Parents. She has one daughter. When not at school or work she enjoys spending time with her family, and planning events while volunteering at the Oceanside Womens Resource Center.

Dr. Streelman is the best dentist in San Diego County. I recommend him to everyone, including my fellow veteran's. Dr. Streelman is also a veteran. He stands 6' 7" and has movie star looks. I've been a patient of Dr. Streelman for about three years via the VA. His easy manner and friendly banter with his staff is contagious. Weather it be Sarah with her superior ability to hear you speaking anywhere in building! Or April's wit and quick banter and sense of humor that keeps you in a constant smile and laughing. Both these women are my favorites, they assist the Doctor. The staff of Dr. Streelman work together and individually to bring out the very best in each other. Thus allowing the Doctor to give his ultmost attention to each of his patients. His attention to detail and the finest result is what he strives for with every single patient. Amazing experience after my first visit! Receptionists and assistants were some of the best and most personable I have met (and I work in the medical field). Dr. Streelman had great bedside manner, took his time and educated me as well. No pain during my exam was a big bonus! The dental hygienist was phenomenal-a very thorough yet gentle cleaning which is hard to come by. I will be back for sure

What can I say? Great great place to go and have dentistry work done. Staff are very polite and professional. The office is very welcoming and charming. If you are looking for a great dentist office to go to with a very caring staff and dentist, this is the one to go to!

Dr. Streelman and his staff are the BEST. My anxiety level is through the roof because of past traumatic dental experiences but I never have to worry walking into the office. They are kind, caring, empathetic and very professional. Don't hesitate to use them for your dental work!

I love this dentist. I have some trust issues with dentists and trying to get me to do dental work I don't need but I read the reviews and came here and Dr Streelman is so wonderful. My first appointment he and his staff had me laughing and enjoying myself through my x-rays and then when I came back for my cleaning, the staff was so warm and friendly. He had a straight forward recommendation with a filling repair that causes me trouble but otherwise, didn't recommend any unnecessary work and was so professional. I hope he never retires because this is my dentist for the rest of my time here in Oceanside!

I highly recommend Dr.Streelman and his staff. I have had some bad experiences with dentists in my past...mostly with patronizing and judgemental attitudes which kept me away for a long time. Dr Streelmam has renewed my confidence in the whole process. He is personable and skilled in his work and his connection to his clients. I love his staff and am so grateful to have discovered all of them.

Dr. Streelman is the best dentist I've ever had and since I'm in my 50's, I've had several. I love the staff too. I love that they only do work that is really needed and at a good price. It is such a relief to have a dentist that I trust. My biggest regret is not finding him earlier. Because of some bad experiences I didn't have several cavities fixed for years which led to crowns. Had I had Dr. Streelman, that would have never happened. I think we found him about 4 years ago. I highly recommend him.

I've been seeing Dr. Streelman for 5 years. Always great and caring dentistry! Now my 12 year old has his teeth cleaned there too and actually looks forward to it.

Dr. Streelman is one of the best! I have pretty bad anxiety going to the dentist and will often have panic attacks due to a bad experience from when I was a child. I recently moved to the area and had to find a new dentist. Based on the reviews he sounded so kind and friendly and they were right! He is an all around great person and dentist. He took the the time to make me comfortable and help me through any fears. His staff is all so wonderful and friendly as well!

I'm not one to write any reviews. But I am I said I have to on this one. About a year ago I went to a dentist around my area in Rancho San Diego. I got x-rays I did my consultation and coming to find out I need it about $1600 worth of procedures to get done. And my spouse needed about $1200 worth of procedures to be done. When both us knew that was insane there was no way first of all for us to need all of that. And after reviewing and talking to a couple of friends my spouse's coworker recommended dr Streelman. Now keep in mind my commute is far but they spoke so highly of him and looking over the reviews I figured why not. Also keep in mind that my spouse and I are use to going to the dentis twice a year if possible for cleaning and anual check up routine. I could not have been more pleased with my visit. He looked over what the other dentist had recommended and the x-rays. I'm coming to find out all I needed was a cleaning and to fill one cavity that I had which I've never had a cavity in my life in my 30 years. And I ended up paying $80. My spouse was about the same price as well. He went over everything that the previous dentis was saying I needed that I didn't need which I knew I didn't need. He filled my cavity and I was scared out of my mind because I have never had one filled before and I've never had a cavity in my life. But there's always that one time but he was gentle quick and super funny by the way lol. Overall I highly recommend him I cannot tell you enough how I don't mind the commute from all the way down south to here because I always get the best treatment. He is honest and fair with his prices. Thank you dr Streelman.

I am a service connected disabled vet and because of VA policies they're not doing any dental work right now at the Oceanside clinic. I was referred to Dr Streelman because I had a tooth that's cracking which needed to be crowned before it broke. Long story short it was a fantastic experience and I've already recommended my own mother to his office

Dr Streelman and his staff are awesome. I have a few sensitive spots along my gum line and they're great about documenting where they are so they're mindful of them during my cleanings. The staff is very service-minded and I've referred Dr Streelman to a handful of friends who've been happy too!

Decided to give Dr. Streelman a try after looking at his great ratings on-line. I am so glad I did! Great guy, great staff. Another dentist totally tried to oversell me on stuff I did not need. He is not one of "those dentists" and there are a lot of them out there.

I have been to a numerous amount of dentists. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a dental clinic. The staff is wonderful, they schedule your appointments promptly, and Dr Streelman is the best dentist I've encountered. He is kind and welcoming, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond for me as a patient. I highly recommend this dental office if you are looking for a new one!!!
