Receiving both his Bachelors Degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Ohio State University, and after 10 years of general practice, Steven M. Hook has dedicated the past 30 years of his life to crafting custom made dentures to help his patients receive the smile they deserve! Dr. Hook opened and has operated Melbourne Denture Service since 1987.

Very nice people. Wasn't happy with first set of dentures and he made me a new set at no charge. I was very surprised and happy. Very affordable. Thank You Dr. Hook for my new smile. Highly recommend!!!!!

Dr. Hook has been a godsend to me. After two other dentists tried to unsuccessfully make dentures for me,I went to see Dr. Hook. Just put my new dentures in today and couldn't be more pleased with comfort and appearance. He and his staff were extremely pleasant to work with.

I went to Dr Hook for a new set of dentures, I wear dentures and went in with them. I told him I had them for a long time, but that's irrelevant. I had them, in my mouth and use them daily. Everything was fine until he was taking an impression of my upper gums. There was a glob of the cement that was hanging down into my throat and it was causing me to gag. I couldn't help the natural gag reflex. So he took the plate out of my mouth and started to write on a pad. That's when I said to him I'm looking for a premium set. That's when he informed me he's not making me dentures. I asked him if we could try the mold again and he gave me a name and address to another dentist and said go here for your dentures. He was NOT friendly, and to the fact that he was not making me dentures. I gave him no reason not to as I was polite all the time, even after he refused me dentures. I'm sure I'm not the first person who has gagged from cement going down the throat, but for some reason he didn't like me. Bad morning, I don't know. Definitely didn't act professional.

Horrible bedside manner. Judgemental. Dr told me to spit in a cup then told me I couldn't get dentures! I had $6,000 in my purse at that time in order to get things started. Affordable dentures in West Melbourne couldn't believe what Dr. Hook said to me. I have beautiful dentures now and I am very glad I didn't give this place the money I had been saving from waiting tables! I had to give one star because the front office lady was kind.

Dr Hook was a very sweet dentist. He made me feel comfortable and had my teeth ready in 24hrs. The staff all made me feel comfortable and the services were very affordable.

I highly recommend Dr. Hook for dentures or partials! His colleagues are kind & informative & the quality of his work is top class, at an affordable price. I haven't been able to smile for years & Dr. Hook gave me my smile back and for that I'm eternally grateful.

I am wearing a full set of dentures that Dr. Hook provided for me about four years ago. They are an excellent fit and I am thrilled to be able to smile and eat the foods I like. I highly recommend Dr. Hook and his staff.
