Dr. Steven Rauwerdink is the most gentle, kind, and non judgmental dentist I have ever met in my life, and his dental assistant Tina was so awesome at understanding and easing my anxiety. Awesome bedside manner from the both of them. Charity, the receptionist was very sweet as well.

Dr. Steve has been my dentist for over 25 years. He's the best. Always friendly and gives personal attention to each patient. He truly cares about our wellbeing and understands a healthy mouth is so important. My kids have been worried about receiving cleanings over the past few years and his staff is calm, answers their questions and quickly relieves any hesitation. A+ dentist, staff and facility.

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. I've had some awful experiences in my life. I'm 60 years old and have only had 3 good dentists in my life. Dr. Rauwerdink is one of those 3. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and kind. He makes sure you are comfortable and explains what he is doing step by step throughout the procedure. Highly recommend Dr Rauwerdink.

Him and his staff are very nice. He also caught what was wrong with my son that a pediatric dr didn't... that other Dr. wanted to just fill a cavity because his back molar was hurting when really it wasn't a cavity but Dr. Rauwerdink stated his molars were loose to soon and quickly sent us referral to orthodontist, it was a good catch by him.

Hes one of the best. Would recommend over and over again. He is very good at his job, and if your hurting bad he has an emergency number you can call and he always responds fast manner. He has also helped me out with billing because I keep going back to him. I've broke 2 teeth and both times he has pulled through and got me in ASAP. The thing I like the most about him is when you get a filling, it doesn't even hurt. Ive had my fair share of dentists in my life, and honestly I think he is the best I ever had. No pain EVER. Even when you get the shot to numb your mouth, I don't know how he does it but you never feel it. All I can say is this guy is REALLY good at what he does.

Hes one of the best. Would recommend over and over again. He is very good at his job, and if your hurting bad he has an emergency number you can call and he always responds fast manner. This guy is an idiot, he prescribed meds my girlfriend was allergic to after telling them her allergies multiple times and then proceeded to say she had a minor infection that could be taken care of by antibiotics, turns out she had a major absess in the tooth that was in question. We ended up in the emergency room the next day, the doctor there said the antibiotic he perscribed was no good for dental infections, and they changed her meds around. We then returned to the er the next day and were transferred to froedtert for emergency surgery. She had to have the tooth pulled along with the tooth right next to it, that didnt previously have a problem. Im writing this from her bed side, now 5 days later and still in the hospital, with tubes hanging out of her neck to drain all this nasty smelly puss out. She may be released in another day or so but will have to walk around for over a month with these tubes hanging out of her neck. This is all without mentioning how swollen her face has been since the day she saw him. I would recommend NOT dealing with this fine (ha!) excuse for a dentist. I wish I could rate him 0 stars.
