Dr. Rattner is the first general dental practitioner in the state of Maryland to achieve Premier Invisalign status. He was awarded a fellowship in implant dentistry from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in April 2009, and he is currently a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Maimonides Dental Society, the Southern Maryland Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. In addition, Dr. Rattner is a clinical instructor at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry Department of Advanced General Dentistry. He strives to provide each patient with high-quality dental care in the comfort and caring atmosphere of his dental office.
Dr. Rattner resides in Montgomery County with his wife, Tracey, who also works in the office. They have been married since 1982 and have two beautiful, grown-up daughters and a wonderful son-in-law. When he is not working, Dr. Rattner enjoys playing tennis, traveling, skiing, and playing with his beloved Schnoodle dog, Zoe.
Dr. Andrew Donald grew up in Frederick, Maryland, and received his bachelors degree in biomedical sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology in upstate New York. Following his college graduation, he worked at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), part of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, as a post-baccalaureate fellow doing research on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and osteoarthritis. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in May of 2018 with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
Good communication is very important to him, as it helps to develop caring relationship with his patients while providing high quality dental care. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Southern Maryland Dental Society (SMDS).
Dr. Servais grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. She graduated from George Washington University, summa cum laude, with a degree in psychology, and top of her class at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she also acted as a teaching assistant.
Throughout dental school, Dr. Servais served on the executive board of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity student chapter. She was also a volunteer for Bridge Over Troubled Waters and an extern at the Dimmock Community Health Center, where she provided dental care to underserved communities in the Boston area. Continuing education and dental outreach service remain priorities for her. Dr. Servais completed a general practice residency at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she had the opportunity to serve our nations veterans while refining her skills in specialty areas.
Dr. Servais is currently an active member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, as well as the Academy of General Dentistry. She is fully licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Keila joined our dental team in October 2012. She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Montgomery College and a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She is certified to administer local anesthesia and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the Hispanic Dental Association. Keila enjoys benefiting from the experience of several dentists who are on the cutting edge of dental technology. She also loves being part of a clinic with a special community outreach to deaf and hard of hearing community. and being with a helpful and fun-loving team who care deeply about their patients. Keila brings knowledge of various dental settings, as well as a fresh educational curriculum and refreshing personality.
