Born in Riverside and educated in Riverside schools. Graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Francis has extensive postgraduate training in Dental Implants, Orthodontics, IV and Oral Sedation as well as all areas of General Dentistry.

We've been going to Dr. Francis for several years now. They are the best dentist we've ever been to, and I've been to many over the years. They are honest and reasonable and they care about their customers. We are so lucky to have found them!

Dr. Francis is a wonderful person and as a professional he would recommend what your teeth really need and nothing else. He is very honest and he provides outstanding dental work. I highly suggest you get your dental needs work on here instead of going any where else.

Oh my gosh! I can not say enough about Dr. Francis and his staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The facility is modern and clean. Dr. Francis is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is gentle and thorough and takes the time to explain what's going on. I resent had a major procedure done and I could not be happier with his work and the experience over all. I feel like this whole team is willing to go the extra mile. He is very affordable as well. If you need a dentist, look no further.

The staff was very friendly and got me in on short notice. The offices are kept very clean. Dr. Francis was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Best of all they were not judgemental about my less than perfect teeth which is a nice change of pace. The prices are reasonable as well if you don't have insurance.

I have a strong phobia of dentists. Dr. Francis is very in tune with this problem and spent extra time and care giving me what I needed to get through the process of getting work done. I was nervous changing dentists but since I moved I wanted someone closer and I feel like I found a home for dental care here. It is a wonderful dental office and I feel very confident that going to Dr Francis to get any dental work done is done with expertise and the utmost in care. I feel like I'm in good hands.
