Dr. DeCasperis makes you feel comfortable and lets you know your options!! I was told I needed an implant by my dentist and that was that... I had no other choice! Well, upon consulting with Dr. DeCasperis, I was told I did have another choice.... One that was far less invasive AND pain free!!! I cannot express my gratitude to him and his wonderful staff for being so accommodating. And what a BONUS to be able to laugh at the dentist of all places!! It's definitely not my favorite place to be, but I have never felt more comfortable and at ease while getting a root canal!!!! I do not write reviews often, but I would ABSOLUTELY recommend seeing Dr. DeCasperis for any dental needs/concerns.

When I moved to this area many years ago I had lots of teeth problems. Many old silver fillings, teeth sensitivity, outright pain, and more. I found Dr. Decasperis and his practice and have been happy with all that he has done to get my teeth back in good shape. Little by little we dealt with the failing amalgams with cavities underneath or that were very large openings leaving fragile teeth, root canal problems, and other issues that would come up. He has always dealt with each of my teeth problems with expertise and professionalism, all while remaining concerned that I was as comfortable as possible and experienced little to no pain. When I would call with a problem that popped up unexpectedly his staff would get me in as soon a possible. He and his staff are professional and friendly, which is an indication to me of the positive atmosphere that has been created by Dr. Decaperis. The outcome is that I now have a mouth with no sensitivity or pain, lovely white composites instead of amalgams, and some crowns that work and look just right. I can count on him and his staff to address any future teeth issues with the same professional, expert, and friendly care that I have always received.

I have been going to Dr D for years and have had probably every services he performs. From simple things like cleanings and cavities, to crowns, extractions, implants, sinus lift, and jawbone grafts. There is no one I trust more than Dr D. His work is excellent, done right the first time and given that list the most important thing is, PAINLESS. I highly highly recommend him.

we are so grateful to dr decasperis and his awesome staff for the great work they did on my dad Rich Remig , my dad has not smiled in 10 yrs and know he cannot stop smiling , and special shout out to susan , the dr and his staff are awesome, gracious and very professional through this covid 19 situation, 5 stars does not do them justice thank you again

I should have known when I went to the office and he offered wine at the front desk to patients as they wait. I went for a simple check up and he recommended to remove and replace an old filing to avoid a root canal or crown in the future. He did the work and I went back 5 times because it hurt. So guess what: he recommended a crown! I went through that pain and it still hurt. So guess what: he recommended a root canal. He did that too but, it still wasn't right. So I went to another dentist who said: "oh, a regular dentist did a root canal, that should only be done by a specialist" So I went to the specialist and he had to do the root canal over again because it was done poorly. Years later, I still have pain from this tooth and now will have it removed completely and replaced with an implant. So a simple cavity repair became about a $20,000 bill because of the incompetence of Steve DeCasperis.

I could not NOT recommend this place enough. The staff at the front office is extremely rude, the doctor treats you like he is pushing you through a meat farm, no bedside manner at all and the best part is they lie on their website. I am looking specifically for a dentist that provides oral sedation. The capture attached is directly from their website. While trying to schedule an appointment the office lady Patty very hastily and annoyed like with lots of huffs and puffs kept telling me they do not do that. When I read it to her straight from the site she said she hadn't really even been on the site and they don't do that. If you are looking for a kind caring dentist and office staff this is not the place! I can not speak for Dr. Kendrick as when I tried to make appointments with her I was told "Well why you've already met with Dr. Decasperis just get the work done".

I Highly recommend this office. I grew up being afraid of going to the dentist, but this office has changed all of that. The front desk staff have always been able to work with me to get me an appointment that fits into my busy schedule. They also took care of all my insurance paperwork and always make sure it is submitted correctly and the same day as my appointment. I've seen two different hygienists over the years and have always been treated very kindly. They explain everything to me in a very clear manner and I never feel rushed. Because of them, my checkups are now very easy and I actually look forward to going to the office. Dr. DeCasperis was very informative and fully explained all of my options to me. He is warm, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I never felt rushed or like I was being sold anything. Because of his expertise, I can actually smile with confidence again. He is the Best. I've even convinced my siblings to start coming here (and my sister lives over an hour away). If you are looking for a dental office that makes you feel like family, this is it.

Saw Dr. Decasperis until his practice A> became a body-shop with other Jr dentists doing all the work.. and B> Front office couldn't do their job.. they couldnt figure it out insurance & said, sorry we can't see you unless you pay up-front and you need to file your own insurance since too confusing you need to handle yourself!

Terrible. Requested my records three times and they have not been forthcoming. Had three professional second opinions about his work and they were all negative. He charged me thousands of dollars and all the work had to be re-done. Not happy.

I have been putting off going to the dentist because of many bad dentist experiences. Dr DeCasperis and his team are extremely compassionate and competent and made me feel comfortable and relaxed while performing Implant and crown work. I cannot say enough positive things about the team. Thank You everyone, the front office, the dental hygienist, and Dr. DeCasperis. I Highly recommend Dr. DeCasperis and his wonderful staff.

I have been looking for a while for a place to have Invisalign work completed. The staff is pleasant, informative and each of my phone calls I end with a smile when talking to them. When you're in the office it's the same thing. You can just tell it's a very happy pleasant environment. Dr. DeCasperis is professional, pleasant and spent time answering my many questions. Highly Recommend!!!!!!

Dr. DeCasperis and his entire staff each get a 5 star rating. Dr. DeCasperis is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explains what he plans on doing and never makes me feel rushed. The whole atmosphere of the office is calm and relaxed. His dental assistants give the best cleaning every time! Actually something I look forward to now. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and courteous. I never had to wait more than a few minutes after arrival before being taken in to the exam room. I would absolutely recommend Dr. DeCasperis a hundred times over.

Great and knowledgeable dentist and friendly staff Dr. DeCasperis is by far the BEST and most competent dentist I have ever had! He is warm and welcoming but best of all will not over charge you for work that does not need to be done. He takes pride in his work, is meticulous and always asks, "are you doing alright"? He is definitely the best overall dentist you will ever go to!!!

I went to Dr. DeCasperis for Invisalign, not realizing that all Invisalign providers are NOT the same. Even tho they say you have to come in every month to pick up your aligners so they can check your teeth, the dentist never once, in over 2 years, checked my teeth. I only saw him when I needed a procedure done. After my initial set, he asked me if I was all set and all I could say was, "I can't chew!" No constructive comments from him, just another year of aligners for me. Halfway through, still not able to chew on one side, I went to an actual orthodontist who fixed the situation. I completely wasted my money and years of hassle on this experience. Also, even tho the office ladies were usually nice, they messed up my billing and I ended up paying more than I should have. Many, many calls to this office and my insurance and it still couldn't get resolved without me losing some reimbursement money. My recommendation is if you want Invisalign, go to an actual orthodontist who will be involved in your care, not this guy who lets the computer come up with your care plan but has no interest in changing it when it's going horribly wrong.
