He initially established his private comprehensive dental practice in 1990. During his time in Central Florida, Dr. Hewett has placed and restored over 10,000 dental implants giving back his patients the ability to function and smile again after losing their teeth. He has achieved some of the highest awards in the field of dentistry including a Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Hewett has also directed his practice toward state-of-the-art general dentistry with emphasis on cosmetic procedures from a comprehensive approach. A native of Utah, Dr. Soutas grew up in the Sandy Utah Area. Dr. Soutas and his wife Beverly have eight wonderful children. When not serving his patients at the office, Dr. Soutas enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, road-biking, running, and going to the gym.

I started with Dr. Hewett over 5 years ago and have since moved 1000 miles away. I refuse to visit any other dentist and instead opt to travel 1000 miles to Dr. Hewett for all my dental needs. Dr. Hewett is competent and trustworthy. I know he has my best interests in mind and won't gouge me or recommend something unnecessary or unsafe.

I had been going to Dr. Hewitt for sometime and liked the practice and him for caring for my teeth, miss the fact that the Winter Haven Office has closed, that was a real shock, didn't see that coming. Trying now to find a different dentist, started going to one, not liking the services or staff, they don't do what Dr. Hewitt does, so disappointed. plus have had to dish out monies because they didn't like the x-rays provided from just s few months past. Trying to find my way back to the practice but they are about 45 min. from me. Missing a good thing, especially when it comes to your teeth!! K.R.

Just received an email from this practice, in which they cited an anti-vax alternative practitioner, who sells supplements through direct marketing and has received multiple warnings from the FDA. Further, the publication they linked to in that email specifically promotes Q-Anon theories. Use your judgement if this is a practice you would trust.

In the '90s, Dr. Steven Hewitt's knowledge and expertise was top tier in adult dentistry in the Winter Haven area. His offices were equipped with the latest technology and treatment strategies in a beautiful relaxed setting. So blessed to have found Dr. Hewett serving in the Champions Gate area. His knowledge, expertise and caring staff so worth choosing his practice. I recommend it to anyone needing dental work, especially implant surgery.

This dentist dr Hewitt is heartless helped a va then turn him away after va sent him there for help. The va was going to pay for it then he turned him away how could a dentist let a va veteran suffer when we turned to him for help and the va was willing to pay while this man served it's a shame this dentist will never be recommending stay away he is heartless
