I've been taking my 15 year old daughter since she was 4! I absolutely LOVE Steve. He was great. Now that' he retired, I'm thinking about switching their dentist. --> I have a 4 year old son who Ive also been taking here since he was 2.5. I was told he had no cavities at every apt. About 3 months ago I noticed a BIG cavity. I was shocked because at his apt 3 months prior I was told he has none! So I brought him back to his reg 6 month apt about 3 later and of course yes cavity so big they needed to "sedate" him for X-rays to see how deep it was and then sedate him to fix it! I felt like sedating a 4 year old for X-rays was a little extreme! So I toook him to kangaroo smiles. They did the X-rays without sedation in 2 minutes! Come to find out my son has 6 cavities (all between the teeth) 2 they want to watch, 3 they want to cap, and one they want to pull. I feel like if this place tried to do X-rays they would of caught/fixed the BIG cavity before it got so bad that it had to be pulled out!! I was very upset. & kangaroo similes will also remove the tooth , and cap the other 3 without sedation! They use "laughing gas" which in my opinion, is much safer than putting him to sleep!! He has an appointment next week to have it removed and I'm hoping it goes good. I will deff be switching dentist. Since Steve left, I feel like their kind of slacking! However , my daughter still doesn't hAve any cavities!

It has taken them seven months and four impressions to give me a mouth guard. They do okay cleanings but anything other than that I suggest you go elsewhere. Their fillings are also terrible and require lots of maintenance. Pretty much a money pit going here and they aren't very nice either.

PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND THE SALVATION OF HUMANITY NEVER ALLOW YOURSELF OR A LOVED ONE TO EVEN THINK OF WALKING IN HERE...MAYBE ONLY FOR A HALLOWEEN TEETH JOB, THANKS! BETTER WARNED LOL

I wanna say ty so much To this office!! I'll always remember you guys and how u treated me . As my final goodbye it's tough because u guys where family. Even tho I'm moving on to Gary demetriou I'll never be the same. I've met so many wonderful knowledge Staff here and it's sad to leave. I wanna say ty again and everyone over there God bless you all <3 Last visit was today 2/22/2022

Dr. Jaz Singh is amazing! She is sooo patient with the kids, and she seems to really understand them and know how to make them comfortable and calm. And her staff is so great! Always friendly and helpful!

Avoid at all possible costs. I was told my oldest was going to need braces. We were recommended to go to a place per this office . We switched dentists to find out she doesn't. He proceeded to give my son Novacaine, without my permission. He has caused my child irreversible trauma. My child now has to have cavities repaired, because he failed to do it properly. My other child's cavity that was supposedly fixed, was not ever needed to be taken care of because it was a baby tooth. Don't let the sweet facade fool you. I would avoid this place and look elsewhere. This is the coldest environment you could fine. if you want to be taken for a ride, then by all means go there. But they are very dishonest. They do not respect patients or parents. They decide to do procedures without informed consent. I do hope he retires soon. Save your child the trauma and your money.

I'm not going to rate for them even one star but I have so I can post my review. My son is been there few times with Jasveen Singh, DMD but early I call their office 5mins before the appointment because that I got in the traffic so my son's appointment is 9:10A.m they said if he wouldn't come at 9:15A.m he has to reschedule it so when I get off the highway I said I won't be there by 9:15Am so they said just coming then they see what they can do for him. When they start for him I told them could I get some helps from couple staffs because he's specialist kid. Dr. Steven C. was took over for my son's services then he refused for him to reschedule because he's keeping biting his mouth but I told them he's specialist kid he needs some helps from staff like he always comes for his appointment. Then Dr. Steven just said you have to reschedule it. Omg I'm not going there anymore also I never recommended with my friends or family. I'm asian and my son is specialist that what they treat us. Thank you.

Thanks to this office my son who is 4 with autism is terrified of dentist. he had gone 3xs to this office for fillings. First of all they didn't put any sedation or local/topical anesthesia to do the fillings even though when I first scheduled the appointment I had mentioned that is something I would like. On the last visit i took him due to that his filling had fallen not even a year from filling it & the cavity wasn't fully removed from the tooth & now they told me he needs either a pulpotomy or extraction. On that day He was crying hysterically as he had already experienced getting his cavities filled with no local/topical anesthesia & all the Dr.Singh knew to do was cover his mouth, tell him to use his words (mind you he is non verbal) & give him a couple of smacks in the face telling him that it was ok. . I was recommended here due to that they work with special needs kids but apparently do not have the correct people to work with them. Horrible experience & wouldnt go even if i was paid to. Wouldnt recommend.

i wish i could review this dentist as negative stars as they informed me and my daughter that she had 11 cavities only to our surprise when we went to a different dentist, she had 0. I was furious, do not recommend this dentist AT ALL

So glad I switched my kids from Dental Dreams in Lowell. No judgment atmosphere. Had a good experience with Mary today. Now my kids and I don't dread the dentist appointments as much as before.

I do not recommend this place. The hygienists are great, Dr. Steve is not. He cracked my tooth my sophomore year of high school and I needed to get a root canal, and just a few years later I'm needing every filling that he ever did replaced because they're decaying. I know many people that went to him for years and we are all on the same page. He is a hacker when it comes to teeth. Awful

He is all about money and doesn't care about anything else. We went to visit for my daughter. He barely spend any time discussing what our option were and he was claiming that I have to take my daughter to him multiple visits to fix few cavities. We consulted with couple of other dentists after that visit also. And were impressed by how much time they spend talking to us and give us different options. Bottom line was my daughter needed couple of cavities fixed and only one visit. We would never go there and will advice you to get second opinion from another doctor before wasting your time and money with him ..

First I would like to say I have been bringing my daughter here for 16 years and have always been happy with this dentist and practice until yesterday. My daughter went in for two fillings , her dentist of 16 years was not there for the procedure, another dentist Dr Singh did the fillings. No one told us that my daughters dentist who performed every procedure for 16 years would not be doing so, just common curtesy. I had dropped my daughter off and was not made aware of this even though I had called the day before to confirm her appointment. She came out in tears. One cavity was deeper and they could not use the laser and they needed to use the drill- WITH NO NOVOCAINE-SHE WAITED TO CAUSE PAIN BEFORE GIVING ANY PAIN BLOCKERS. My daughter stopped her drilling into her tooth and asked for Novocain, which was finally given. I called when we got home but the office was closed- my daughter was in pain all night. I called this morning and the response from the manager was condescending and rude. The manager actually spelled her name for me so I could " get it right" for this review, (as she told me )her name is CAROLYN- she laughed when she said this to me. She also said we posted over social media we have a new dentist- I replied I understand that but I was never told you would be switching my daughters dentist ,lots of practices have numerous doctors but patients usually see their own unless they are notified. The office manager Carolyn said "well the procedures are done so what do you want from me now?" When I told her I did not like the way she was speaking to me or her complete disregard for one of their patients she laughed. SHE COMPLETELY AND IMMEDIATELY WAS DEFENSIVE AND SHOWED NO CONCERN FOR THE PATIENT. I once left a good review for this place but after this I am transferring my daughter to a different practice.
