I have a few visits to that office and had very good experience with people been nice. Today I expected the same treatment that I usually get, and was very disappointed especially when I was on the phone with a office manager Tina. She was very rude, unprofessional and passive aggressive. She had no interest to listen or understand my concerns. You work with patients and should have patience and compassion. I work in Healthcare and never treat my patients like that. Stay away from this office, find a better place.

Everybody here is very friendly, but you have to be careful when it comes to the cost of services. I had concerns about my insurance company paying for a filling, but they assured me they had never had any trouble with that company. Having not been misled by them before, I went ahead and booked the appointment. It turns out my insurance company was not going to cover that filling after all. I realize the biggest issue here is my insurance company is no good. And I gave them two stars instead of one, because they are very friendly and even helped appeal the claim. But when it came down to it, I had to pay nearly $400 when I was told it would only be $150. I expected they would help me out some since the insurance not paying was apparently unexpected for them too. I was told I was responsible for the full amount regardless but could make payments if I wanted. I've been to this dentist several times and have paid hundreds of dollars for services in the past. But I feel as though I was misled here regarding their past experience with my insurance company. I hate to find another dentist, but I can no longer trust this practice. They lost a good customer over just one visit.

A family dentist where comfort is important to everyone in the place. The office is set up more like a home with a residential look and feel. I've been going there since 2014. My teeth were a mess from childhood and over the course of regular visits my mouth is now in great shape! Gone are the sensitivity issues and pains that have plagued me for years. Everyone was super friendly and the rates are affordable.

my mother in law gina Cruz tried to make an appointment and the receptionist said earliest she can do is October?? As a family of four we were going to all schedule to get our teeth cleaned and checked until the receptionist laughed at my mother in law and told her good luck on finding something better. We have an appointment, all four of us at a different dentist office in 2 weeks. Some people are just idiots

This was by far the best dentist experience I've had in my life. Now I understand why it took six months to get an appointment, everyone wants to go to them. They are the best! Everything is so clean and modern. And the staff and doctor are amazing. Rebecca was my hygienist and what a sweet lady she was. I highly recommend them!

They suggested that I have my wisdom teeth removed just so I would have less teeth to clean. That made me suspicious of them. They also told me that I had several cavities that needed to be filled. I didnt do any of those things and changed to a new dentist. Some how the new dentist didnt detect any cavities whatsoever. They obviously are scamming clients with unneccessary procedures. Stay Away!

I've been going to Dr. Madison and Dr. Anderson forever. I can't imagine going to any other dentist. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!
