I absolutely enjoyed my visit at Sterling Smiles. Joselyn & staff were very welcoming and kind. From the time I called to set up an appointment until the time I was finished with my visit they treated me so well!

Love this location! The office is beautiful,clean, and inviting. Joselyn started off my appt with amazing service, she answered all my questions with patience and a smile, helping to put me at ease prior to my procedure. Natalie handled my procedure with grace and the upmost care, having not been to the dentist for quite some time due to faulty care this place has turned my fear into hope. Can't wait to come back and get my smile perfect with the perfect place!

WOW! Incredible people that work there love how they helped my wife. One of the girls on the staff, Natalee, made her feel so comfortable because she was in a lot of pain. I highly recommend them. Definitely visit them. You will fall in love with the staff and the place.

Staff was very welcoming, Great service! Joselyn and Natalie made it feasible to get my treatment done so it wasn't such a burden financially, they offer great payment plans as well.

I had a great experience here! I love how clean it is and the staff was great! So kind and welcoming, Natalee and Dr.Lee were the ones who worked on me and Natalee was absolutely wonderful! She had me laughing and having a good time while I was scared to get a tooth extracted! I love that they'll put on a movie for you, and make sure you're very comfortable! I'll be going back to this office everytime from here on out!

Such a cute place, loved the decor! The staff made me feel so welcomed and service was amazing. I am so glad I found this place, since I am new to the area. Natalie made my procedure so easy and she was super nice and friendly. Joselyn was so welcoming as well.

This was hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient dentist I have ever been to. The office is super nice and squeaky clean... You don't even feel like you're at the dentist. But even better than that.. Natalee and Joselyn went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They were so kind and concerned about my comfort that it took away all the stress I had about seeing a dentist for a very long time!!

Great location and wonderful staff! Many financial options and they are not pushy about upcharges. They gave me great customer service and dont mind taking the time to really talk to you to make sure they are meeting all your dental needs. Will return for my bi-anual check ups!

This place Rocks!! I'm probably one of the worst customers when it comes to dental work of any kind. And it's definitely hard for me to find a place where I can walk in and out with zero issues. The staff especially Natalee and Joselyn are so welcoming and informative. They make sure all my questions are answered and don't leave me blindsided by anything. I highly recommend anybody who is looking for a regular dentist office to check them out. they will make sure you walk out with the best smile you have never had!!

Went for an emergency exam and got in right away! Joselyn in the front made sure I was taken care of and was very detailed with my financial portion of my extraction. Very satisfied and look forward going back in a few weeks to get my full exam completed!

I just had an amazing experience at Sterling smilies. I came here for a second opinion after I had a fallen piece of an old filling. The first office was trying to rip me off with many unneeded procedures. Dr. Hassan was very honest with me and told me what I really needed she also went above and beyond to deliver an awesome care. All the team members were very nice and caring as well. I made Sterling Smile of Lucas my primary care dentist. That's where I will be coming and recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you!

EDIT: after this review i was contacted from the operational manager. who was very helpful and kind. I will update again concerning this issue and hopefully I can change my review. Last time I went in was in December to have my Invisalign delivered. I have since, not been to the clinic. I have called several times and gotten some answering service and they are no help. This office is open one day a week and do not return calls. I had a follow up appt and they called to confirm it and I cancelled it. I then get a notification they rescheduled my appt. They did not ask me to reschedule and I specifically told them I would not be returning to the practice since they do not have a dentist at this location that is certified to do what I need done. Let me tell you that I was needing dental attention that was already part of my treatment and was already paid for and I am unable to get. They are NOT fulfilling their part of treatment plan but got all the money for it. Over 3k and no treatment. Can not get anyone to return a call regarding refund., visits, options, NOTHING! I now have to transfer my case to another practice and pay more money. I am only giving them 1 star because I have to!

This was the worst experience I have had thus far. My appointment started at 10:30 am. I was there till 12:30 and the only thing that got done was x-rays. Staff was standing around carrying on about nothing.

I've reached out 5 times to cancel my appointment. No response. Instead they moved the date 3 days earlier than the planned initial appointment without even confirming.

1/16/22 UPDATE: I am adjusting my review at this time from a 5 to a 3. I was BEYOND disappointed to hear that this office has undergone some changes and is no longer operating with the same dentist! I can't tell you how comfortable I had finally become with a dentist (Dr Shaik), and the staff that had made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I am completely heartbroken and my dental anxiety is now back into overdrive, as I now have to figure this all out yet again! I had such high anxiety about seeing a dentist before finding Sterling Smiles of Lucas. I knew from the moment I spoke to Crystal and made my appointment, that I had found my future dentist. Once I arrived to the office, the staff was SO welcoming and addressed my anxiety from the moment I walked in the door. Stephanie and Dr. Shaik are so gentle and very caring about their patients. They took time to explain each step of the process and what to expect after leaving, and as ALWAYS, Crystal follows up with you the day after your procedure(s)! Sterling Smiles of Lucas has definitely eased any anxiety I may have had, and I no longer feel the need to "fear the dentist". If you and your family need a good dentist that doesn't make you feel like just a number, then look no further!
