Russell A. Sassack, D.D.S., of Sterling Family Dentistry, P.C., is a 1984 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He attended Albion College and received his bachelor's degree in biology/chemistry. While at Albion, he was a three-time varsity letter winner in both basketball and tennis, and was inducted into the Albion College Sports Hall of Fame in 2008.
He is married and has four wonderful children. Family is very important to Dr. Sassack, and he welcomes every new patient that wants only the best for their teeth to become a member of Sterling Family Dentistry, P.C.
Dr. Sassack was voted a Top Dentist by his dental peers and is included in Hour Detroit 's Top Dentist issue from 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. He is also selected as a Top Dentist in the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2016 Top Dentist issue of Styleline magazine, and was inducted into the Who 's Who Among America 's Top Professionals in 2012, 2013, 2014. 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 as registered in Washington DC. He is also a 'Top Doctor' for 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Dr Sassack is not only great at the actual work he does in your teeth, but he is incredible at running his appointments on time. I've never been to a medical professional that is on time and diligent like this man. I'll never go to another dentist.

Best dentist in Michigan everyone is very friendly Dr sassack is the best he makes you feel very comfortable and he's fast I had very bad teeth he made my teeth look so good thank you very much.

Dr Russ is AWESOME! I started having some troubles with my teeth, and it started with an emergency visit. He responded quickly, and was able to start getting me treatment. He was able to establish a plan, and we're currently working to get me all sorted out. Awesome at giving shots too. The office is modern and clean. And the staff there is great and welcoming, like family. If you're having dental issues, definitely come here.

I have been going to Dr. Sassack for many years. He's a very knowledgeable dentist who keeps very current with the latest dentistry and is a very personable doctor. His staff is as efficient and kind as he is. I would highly recommend him as a dentist.
