Incompetent and arrogant. STAY AWAY! We asked the receptionist about our insurance and she confirmed multiple times that they accept it. Week later bill comes in mail for $1700.00 and when we called the arrogant twerp said "well I was wrong whats the big deal? Just pay it omg"

Please stay away from this practice. This place is either slow with getting new patients so they scam anyone who needs dental work or their staff is untrained. I called in to make an appointment with them and to verify they take my insurance. They verified they do and gave me an approximation of $250ish copay. I paid that amount upon the completion of the appointment. Then I received a bill from them for $977. The office manager, Mary, said it was my responsibility to check with my insurance and she doesn't have a problem sending it to collections. This is something that has never happened to me with any other doctor. I am absolutely floored how I was treated by them. Go somewhere else.

Beware Sterling Endodontics told me they checked with my insurance and I was covered for a root canal. They said the cost to me would be $248.75 which i paid the day of treatment. Now they are billing me an additional $715.11. Dont trust the billing support staff! P.S. The procudeure Sterling Endodontics performed didn't solve my tooth issue. I have had the same problem now over 18 months. Four trips to Sterling Endodonics didn't accomplish anything for me.

As a dentist myself I'm rather particular as to who I allow to treat my dental needs. Dr. Halk is by far one of the best in comfort and technicals. I always feel confident and at ease when he treats my endo care. He is the best!

Mislead about my insurance coverage. Told me they accepted my insurance, but after getting me in the chair, they informed me that they do not accept my insurance and handed me a bill for $1,200. I did not have the work performed so they charged me a $125 consultation fee. Total rip off. After threatening me with collections, I reluctantly paid the bill. The ethics of this company leave a lot to be desired.
