Dr. Tanvi Kapadia earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. While at NYU, she also completed an honors program in Esthetic Dentistry and was a part of various community outreach programs in the New York area. Before moving to the United States, Dr. Kapadia completed her Bachelors in Dental Surgery in her home country India, and was involved in providing healthcare to underserved rural communities as well as patients with special needs.
Her passion for science and the arts is what drove her to pursue the field of dentistry. While skilled in all aspects of general dentistry, she is especially interested in Esthetic dentistry. Before joining private practice, Dr. Kapadia spent a few years providing care in community health and is experienced in providing dental care to a diverse population including children and patients with high dental anxiety. She believes in providing quality, patient centered care, and enjoys getting to know her patients.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachussets Dental Association, Worcester District Dental society and the Academy of General Dentistry. To keep abreast of the latest advances in dentistry, she is also actively involved with Seattle Study club and Spear Education.

Always professional and pleasant. Dr, Kapadia is great at explaining what you need to know and expanding on that when there are questions. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I've never had a late appointment or an extended wait. I recommend highly. 08/20/2021 - Still great. Always professional, helpful, and interesting. Very clear with direction and helpful when I have questions. I wish these folks could handle all my medical needs, car repairs, appliance fixing, and yard woes. 04/22/22 - Yup, still great, no matter who I get. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Can't recommend enough. 11/09/22 - Pretty much the same. On time, courteous, descriptive and good direction. Love the techs, love the Dr.s. Makes going to the dentist a lot easier.

I honestly have to say it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. As a new patient I was pleasantly surprised at how much time and information from out of pocket cost, to a very thought out plan of work to be done. From the doctor to all the staff that worked with me not only were they helpful and informative, but all had great personalities and made me feel very comfortable and confident that I made the right choice. Can't wait for my next visit I highly recommend..

I am disappointed. Over 2 weeks ago i made an appointment for my 6 yr old daughter to get a cleaning. to make the appointment it was easy only online no issue. i tried to do the online check in and insurance verification and i was getting an error. so i called an i let the women who answered the phone know. she said they has a new online system and they went sure why i was getting an error. so i asked if she could verify the insurance and i told her what plan i had and confirmed they took it. during the call she also let me know they had an opening sooner and if i would like to take it. i said yes. great so far. i leave work early today and pick up my daughter and take her in. i was told no "we do not take this insurance". i was surprised since i had spoken and confirmed it would be okay. so i was given the options to go else where or to pay out of pocket. i said okay what is the out of pocket cost. i was told my both persons there it would be almost 400 dollars for the cleaning!!!!!! i was shocked. i asked why it was so expensive. i was told and i quote "we are a private clinic and demographics, this is sterling mass'. which honestly made me more mad. not only was i losing time from work but because they are located and i live in Sterling, i deserve to pay more?!?!?!?! i couldn't believe all of it. it makes me feel like they like to over charge for services and they wont take insurance they will not allow them to do that. i would not recommend them. Edit: no i was never called but the fact that you charge people more based on where they live by almost a 400% compared to other local clinics is insane. thank you.

I came to Sterling Dental Group for the first time a few months ago after not seeing a dentist for a few years due to slight anxieties and just not being happy with the dentist I used to go to. The staff here are all so nice and welcoming and make me feel comfortable and well attended to. Dr. Tanvi Kapadia is great at what she does and explains everything she does. The first time we met we had a conversation about what I'd like to see in my smile and we discussed past experiences at my old dentist office which I truly appreciate because it's the first time a dentist has actually listened to me instead of just telling me what I'm doing wrong or shaming me. Thanks to Dr. Tanvi Kapadia and the rest of the staff (especially Sarah who has been there for all my fillings and the "before pictures" that they take), I am so happy with my smile and now I look forward to dentist appointments!

I love Sterling Dental! I have received more education and services through my regular visits with them than I ever have at any other dentist. They catch things early, they get to the root cause of where your dental issues are coming from and give you options for prevention and treatment. Staff are friendly and the office runs on time.

Meghgan at the front desk is very helpful with coordinating appointments and any questions pertaining to Insurance coverage and copays. As you're brought back to the appointment you'll love how clean & bright the office is. Both Dr Kapdia & Dr Rapose are skilled Dentist that provide comprehensive Dental care while always keeping there patients informed of there dental needs. The Dr Kapadia and Alicia the hygienist are absolutely wonderful. I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they are ALWAYS so comforting and put me at ease.
