The most important service that I provide patients is that of taking a patient from some degree of dental distress, and helping them get healthy and functional. By helping them to overcome fear of pain and financial discomfort, I am able to help patients overcome years of neglect and suffering. I can restore their self-confidence and self-respect. We form a great team with our patients.
Dr. Bursich has been married to his wife, Sharon, for 38 years. They have two married daughters, Nicole and Stefanie, and five grandchildren. Dr. Bursichs personal interests outside of dentistry are his family, Pittsburgh sports teams, and golfing.
Dr. Bursich is known for his relaxed, calm approach to helping his patients, even those who have been fearful of the dentist, or who have avoided getting dental care. His caring team of professionals will make sure that you are comfortable, and that you are cared for quickly and painlessly.
Dr. Nguyen grew up in Warren, New Jersey. He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he received his bachelors degree in neuroscience. Dr. Nguyen then went to Philadelphia and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania.
To continue his dental training, Dr. Nguyen completed his residency and treated military veterans at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. During his residency he gained experience performing surgical extractions and root canals, placing and restoring implants, treating medically complex patients, and fabricating dentures. Dr. Nguyen is also trained in Invisalign and is committed to providing his patients the best care.
Dr. Nguyens main goal is to care for his patients like family. He treats all his patients with compassion and the utmost respect. He will go above and beyond to do whats best for his patients oral and overall health. Furthermore, he is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the newest dental techniques and technology by pursuing continuing education courses.
In his free time, Dr. Nguyen loves to watch and play all types of sports. You can always find him cheering on his favorite New York sports teams. Lastly, he has a crazy cat named Nacho that brings a lot of excitement to his life!

My visit was very informative and I felt very comfortable speaking to everyone in the office. Everyone was very patient and explained what procedures I would need. i was very pleased with my visit and look forward to getting my tooth fixed.

I have to say that my mother (80 years old) had the best experience at Sterling Dental Center and described them as the best dental office she has ever been. Her case was challenging for other dentists but at Sterling Dental Center they listen to her and made feel comfortable with what she needs. Her experience invited me to schedule routine appointments for my two sons and this time is me the one that says that they have been under the best care ever. From the moment we arrived, front desk organization, their time with the Hygienist and the doctor was the best experience for them and me. My family is looking forward for the next appointment. I recommend them and if I could give more than 5 starts I will definitely do it .

Saw Dr Bursich for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. The staff was friendly, helpful, and organized. The procedure was quick and painless.

This was my first visit to Sterling Dental Center. Very nice, friendly office. The technician and assistants were great. I saw Dr. Nguyen. He took time with me and explained the procedures I will need. They have payment plans and accept my insurance.

I walked in with sensitivity in one tooth and for a small gap in another tooth that I wanted filled for flossing reasons. I left even worse then when I came in. The sensitivity is absolutely terrible now.The crown and the filling that was implanted make day by day functions so much more difficult than before such as chewing/rinsing.

The best dental visit I've ever experienced. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. All staff were very nice, informative, honest and straight forward and all dental steps being done with professional examining and providing solutions by priority. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your dental needs that you had no clue about. Keen eye on detail! Highly recommend the Sterling Dental Center

I came in for a regular 6 month check up as usual and the experience is always great but this time it was awful. The lady that cleaned my teeth was very aggressive and left me in pain and this had never happened before during the 2 years that I have been coming here. Don't get me wrong the staff are very friendly and nice but I don't know what happened today that their cleaning service was not the best.

I've been going to Dr Bursich for 8 years now He is the best dentist I've ever had! And the support there is great too! So glad I found him. I've had crowns there and other work. I moved over an hour away and I still won't go anywhere else. Appointmens are easy and they respond quickly. It really doesn't get any better!

Y'all, this was my first time with Sterling Dental Center and I'm already 100% blown away by the service and staff. I came in as a new patient today to get a couple cavities my old dentist had 'found' filled, but Dr. Bursich was able to see that my teeth were fine, that he did not see any decay and they and did not need fillings. Which, I am so relieved! I was dreading that. He also took the time to make sure I knew how to floss and Fahid (I think I'm spelling that right? I apologize if not) was so kind and non-judgemental when she showed me, a 24 year old woman, how to do that properly The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Maria at the front desk -- she was so nice and made me feel welcome when I called to make my first appointment, and she remembered me when I came in the next day! All in all it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bursich is great! His wonderful staff always take such good care. After I lost the veneer on a front tooth last night (done many years ago by a different dentist) I was able to be seen today and "temporarily fixed" by the good doctor. Their new office is comfortable, convenient and beautiful. For several years, I have had multiple procedures done with Dr. Bursich and have always been pleased with the results. His staff is knowledgeable and reassuring. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed!

Got me in same day I called while my regular dentist was on vacation. Very helpful and assuring. Took x-rays and said while they could see the source of pain but felt it would be okay to wait until my regular dentist returned if I wanted to wait. I would definitely go back to Sterling Dental Center.

The front desk staff makes you feel right at a friend's house when you walk in the door. Everything was on time, and it was a very well professionally run office. A fantastic experience that is super easy for anyone that lives in Sterling Virginia.

Went for regular screening, dentist suggested to do deep cleaning and filling. After doing filling on a tooth, my gums were kinda hurting (which are still!), and was not able to bite/chew properly. Went back next day, the doctor did some adjustments to the filling and biting/chewing seems to be ok for now. I have refrained from doing filling on a tooth on the other side until the the issue with gums/teeth is resolved. All staff including Maria, hygienists and doctor are really nice, friendly and attentively listen to the problems. Katherine is amazing and tries to make sure all patients are leaving the building with a smile. Checks about prescription medications if any. This 4-star rating is mostly for the staff than service.
