They really care about their patients. The environment is calm and relaxed and they make sure you are comfortable, informed, and prepared.The Doc calls the night of the procedure to make sure everything is going good and they are on call 24/7 if the need arises. Get your teeth taken out here and you won't regret it

The office staff is so kind and efficient. Dr. McPhillips is so nice and detailed about the procedure taking place. She even called to check on my daughter after hours to make sure she was doing okay.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I have been a few times. Dr. Andrea McPhillips is definitely the best and so is her amazing staff! Super knowledgeable, friendly, caring, informative, and they all make you feel at ease. Easy to get an appointment and no long wait times in the waiting room. The office is also super clean! I definitely recommend! Very smooth experience. They make sure you are comfortable. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

Dr McPhillips heads a very caring team. Dr McPhillips is at the very top of her game as an oral surgeon and cares deeply for her patients. Lots of follow-up after surgery too to check you are not in pain and recovery remains on target. If you need oral surgery, this is the place to go.

I was dreading my surgery ever since I learned I had a impacted wisdom tooth and pain that came with it, I have a tendency to overthink so when it came to the surgery, I was terrified. But when the time of my surgery/appointment came around and I was in Dr. McPhilips' hands, I wasn't even slightly worried about how the surgery would go! Only the recovery aspect! And even then, Dr. Philips gave me all the knowledge I needed to have a stable and manageable recovery! I'm currently on Day 4 of my recovery, the day Dr.Philips said I would bounce back and she was 100% correct! I feel great, the swelling is basically gone and the only thing left is some mild bruising (which I was told is normal) and slight stiffness in my jaw, all very manageable effects from this major surgery and I know if I keep following her advice, I'll be completely recovered in no time! I couldn't recommend a better Oral Surgeon, Dr. McPhilips is very kind and insightful when it comes to this experience! My only warning to others is: Dr. McPhilips had such pretty eyes it's hard to hold eye contact with her! :) Jokes and flattery aside, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. McPhilips and she is obviously very good at what she does! 10/10, would recommend!

Dr. McPhillips and her staff are excellent! They thoroughly explained the procedure, made my daughter very comfortable and checked up on her recovery several times. The best place for oral surgery in Erath county!

Their service was exceptional! They took the time to really make sure my daughter was comfortable before surgery. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond their job description. Everything was explained very thoroughly and I would definitely recommend this office.

Fantastic experience! Just had a broken wisdom tooth removed last week. The break had gotten to the root and was very painful, could barely grind my food to eat. Started looking for an oral surgeon nearby and found Dr. McPhillips literally seconds up the road from where I live. Called in and the staff are all incredible. Originally couldn't get me in till a couple weeks away, and asked if they could be any quicker considering the pain, so they put me on the list if any others cancel appointments. Not 10 minutes later they called back to get me in on Monday afternoon (it was Friday evening at this point). I was extremely happy with this obviously the sooner the better considering I needed this work done fast. Monday comes around and they call me to get me in even sooner, get to the office and everyone was very friendly. Dianna was the tech that took me back and started x-rays, and she is very personable and kind which made the anxiety dwindle. Then Dr. McPhillips came in and went over everything so thoroughly as far as what was needed and all things to pay attention to after the procedure. They got me in Friday to get the extraction done, though the day of Dr. McPhillips had an emergency and possibly was going to have to reschedule. But they called me back and she made it back to be able to go ahead with the surgery, which I was very relieved and happy about and goes to show how much they truly care about all of their patients. The surgery was a great experience(weird I know considering the circumstance). Took me back and got me ready, Dianna and I chatted for a bit and just made everything quite comfortable. Dr. McPhillips proceeds to come in and go over everything once more, and then started the anesthesia, and that's all I remember. Woke up and went home, relaxed the rest of the day and from that point to now (5 days after) the pain compared to what it was with the broken tooth is negligible. I've been extremely comfortable ever since it was extracted and to put the icing on the cake Dr. McPhillips called me the night of my surgery day to check how I was doing, and honestly just makes you feel like you're part of the family. She is so thorough with her care and I couldn't be happier to have chosen her and her staff to help me. Overall an amazing experience and if I need any more work done this is surely where I will go!

Dr. McPhillips removed my son's wisdom teeth, and she (along with her staff) were unfailingly friendly and kind. They put my nervous teen at ease, while making sure parents and caregivers had all the information necessary to ensure his speedy recovery. If wisdom teeth removal were something we had to do again, we'd definitely come back!
