Just wanted to thank Dr. Jagielo and the staff. This is the second time I have seen him and each time has been fantastic. He is very thorough and makes sure you understand and are comfortable every step of the way.

Dr. Jagielo is amazing! He pulled my daughter's baby teeth and my hubby's and my wisdom teeth. Love the check up call at night.The office staff is kind and caring too:)

Dr. Jagielo was great with my 7 year old son. He needed an extra adult tooth removed and he was fantastic with him. My son came home and said "Dr. Jagielo is the best oral surgeon ever!"

I had a wisdom tooth removed recently and I will say that I found Dr Jagielo to be compassionate and extremely competent. He accommodated my sulfite allergy by using sulfite free local anesthetic, he saw that I had a bad case of nerves and reminded me that the purpose of nitrous oxide was to help me relax (which I highly recommend), and he extracted a quite decayed and fractured tooth in one piece. This made the extraction quicker by not having to extract multiple pieces, and then I didn't need antibiotics afterward, which was an issue for me in the past. My recovery went as planned and I'm back to eating normally and enjoying life. My pain level never went beyond a one while I took OTC meds and used ice as he directed. When I tried to see if I was ready to cut back my dosage a few days later, the pain increased to about a 3, so I just went back to original dosage. The woman I dealt with in the office was also kind, competent and caring. Dr Jagielo called to check on me the first evening also. It went as well as it possibly could, and i can recommend this Dr to others.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago by Dr. Jagielo. We had such a great experience! Dr. Jagielo walked us through the entire process as I was nervous. Surgery went extremely well (minimal bleeding) and we followed recovery instructions down to the minute (minimal swelling). Dr. Jagielo followed up with a phone call the night of surgery to see how my son was feeling. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Jagielo -- he and his staff were wonderful.

I have seen many negative reviews but cannot sympathize with any of them. My experience was almost exactly opposite to all the negative reviews I have seen. A very informative doctor, and a good staff. If anything, I feel guilty for pestering them with all sorts of questions and taking too long to fill out the forms. They get a complete and solid recommendation from me. There may not be a dentist in all Chicago whom I would be happier to have any future procedures done with.

My elementary-aged daughter had three teeth removed by Dr. Jagielo. Our experience was fabulous. The consultation was clear, informative, and put both my daughter and me at ease. The day of her surgery went well - very quick - and the recovery was smooth. Dr. Jagielo gave his cell number just in case we needed anything, then actually called us himself to check on her later on the evening of her surgery. Dr. Jagielo and his team made a fairly un-fun event relatively pleasant! Thank you!

I had a great experience with the doctor and his staff. They made accommodations to see me same day I called went over my options so that I can make a smart decision. He was very careful and moved quickly through the removal of my tooth. It's been 24 hours and I have less pain that I started with which is huge. I am grateful for this doctor and highly recommend him

I've seen Dr. Jagielo for surgery and minor other visits and he was great each time. The entire staff was very welcoming and calmed any nerves I had of the procedure. During the procedure, they kept me calm and comfortable the whole time. I've recommended him to all of my friends and would trust him and his practice.

Dr. Jagielo removed my wisdom teeth and has done several operations for my family members. He is extremely accommodating and truly cares about his patients. From the first visit to post-procedure follow-up he remains in contact to answer any questions or concerns.

DrJagielo and his team were very informative and knowledgeable of what I should expect getting my wisdom teeth out. After the surgery they took great care of me and even got me in right away when I thought I had a dry socket.

Great oral surgeon! I had a fractured tooth extracted and a dental implant placed by him. It went perfect. He fully explained the procedure and what to expect aftewards. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I am very happy with his office.

Dr. Jagielo has done my wisdom teeth as well as oral surgeries for my family. We have nothing but GREAT things. His staff is so inviting and calming prior to procedures. Dr. Jagielo is very knowledgable and beyond personable!

Had a good experience with Dr. Jagielo himself he is kind and competent. If you're looking for a well practiced good doctor go to him. However there were a few downsides to this office as a whole. One being a very irritating front desk person. Extremely pushy and once she took it upon herself to call relatives numbers that had gone to this office years ago... numbers I had not left myself or given her permission to call and all because she had decided I "took too long" to call her back to schedule an appointment. Mind you this was during the month that they weren't even allowed to see people so it was all but urgent. I had to ask her if she was familiar with HIPAA. Also you should know that they charge at least 50% up front. We have excellent coverage and they said it was their "policy" so we ended up having to pay over $1500 for a wisdom teeth extraction up front even though my insurance will cover almost all of it. I know not every place does that. Just things to consider. The front desk staff incident was my biggest issue, Dr. Jagielo is great.

Dr. Jagielo and his staff are amazing!!! The front desk greeted me with smiles. Karan welcomed me into the surgery room and made me feel comfortable. I had my wisdom teeth removed several years ago and had such a good experience. That is why when my son's stubborn baby teeth would not fall out I knew right away where to take him.

Phenomenal experience with Dr. Jagielo and his staff. Had impacted wisdom teeth with extra roots, my dentist referred me to best surgeon he knew. Dr is very personable, informative, and cares about the patient. He precisely and accurately explained treatment, recovery, and pain management. His staff was equally professional and supportive. I'm very lucky to have been referred to this office.
