Fun for the Whole Family Dr. Harris and his team make going to the Dentist a fun experience! We are happy to provide games and movies for children in our waiting room. We have lots of experience in treating children and sympathize with those who are timid about a visit to the Dentist. Dr. Steve has been known to break out a Sesame Street voice imitation now and then to break the ice, and help our younger patients feel more comfortable.
Both young and adult patients will enjoy our overhead monitors in the treatment rooms which allow you to watch your favorite DVD while you get your teeth cleaned. Nitrous Oxide is available for adults who are feeling a little nervous about their procedure, and would like some extra help.

Dr. Steve is a past president of the Detroit District Dental Society, Trustee and treasurer of the Michigan Dental Association. He serves on and has chaired several committees for the Michigan Dental Association and the Detroit District Dental Society.
Billing Coordinator Cindy handles the mundane task of coordinating insurance benefits with grace. Sitting on hold forever, to finally reach someone at an insurance company is trying. She doesn't quit, she fights for your benefit dollars.

This was my husband's first visit to Dr. Harris. He was very happy with Dr. Harris' kindness and demeanor as well as the dental work that needed to be done. All staff members were kind, friendly, professional and efficient. An overall pleasant experience.

Love everything about this dentist! I normally hate coming to the dentist, but today I got a crown and it was perfect! No pain during the procedure and the bite is PERFECT! The lady's up front are beautiful and so nice to talk with. I would recommend this dentist to everyone!

I was an emergency patient with a severe toothache, they were able to fit me in on their busy schedule. I was greeted with a kind and friendly staff. The doctor was very friendly, efficient, and so kind. He called me later that evening to see how I was doing. I was so surprised that evening that he took the time to call me. They now have a new patient. God bless you all!

I've been going to Stephen Harris DDS for over 30 years, with the exception of the past 10 years, when I moved out of the area. The last 10 years have not been kind to me and or I have not been kind to my teeth, between going to subpar dentist in my new town and neglecting my own oral care. I am happy to say that I'm now driving the extra distance to see my favorite dentist Dr Stephen Harris and on the road to recovery! Dr Harris and his team will exceed your expectations, just like they've always exceeded mine!

I have been seeing Dr. Harris for 20+ years and I have never had a bad experience. Him and his staff are absolutely fantastic and they take great care of me and my whole family. No matter if its a cleaning or a filling, i always leave feeling better about my oral health. The staff really get to know you and you're not just another patient to them. If you're looking for a great family dentist, Dr. Harris is the one for you!

I am a HUGE scary cat when it comes to dental work and the team is very accommodating. Sonja is an angel...I actually look forward to my cleanings. I know, right? From someone that is freaked out about the dentist, it is very hard to find the one dentist that understands this and makes you feel comfortable.
