I've seen reviews on here.. An my experience was great an still is.. An I have medicade w Fidelis, Great ppl work here.. very professional An very friendly.. I've had deep root cleanings An a tooth extraction An root canal. An no problems.. Happy I found them . Helping me fix my smile.

The medical receptionist is the dentist's wife. She is so very rude. She cancelled 2 appointments on me and took it upon herself to reschedule them for me for whatever date and time she thought was fit! When I told her how unprofessional that was it turned into a horrible argument. When I told her I was going to tell the doctor how she treats his patients, she snidely remarked "that's my husband". I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life! He should probably hire someone else to deal with his clients... Or consider a divorce

Called to make a appointment for my pregnant wife she has a tooth that may need to be pulled, she was all ready to book the appointment, once she found out we had fedelis her attitude changed she became rude then told me she was not sure when she could get her in for a appointment

Does not accept independent health if anyone is wondering. If you have independent health finding a dentist in the area that takes that insurance is a nightmare

I use 2 love this dentist. But i had to call and cancel 2 apt. Because my mom had cancer wasnt able to make the apt. I was working around her schedual. So sad. And RUDE!! No Compassion.

RUN AWAY! The dental hygienist Barbra watched TV while she was doing my tooth cleaning. She cut my gums. Then she made fun of the TV anchor for wearing a mask and said COVID-19 isn't something to worry about. INSANE! I'm afraid for my health now, who knows if she wears a mask outside of work. So unprofessional. You think a heath care worker would understand that COVID-19 can kill people.

Super friendly staff. I got a deep cleaning from Basia. She was amazing my teeth feel so clean. Rachel was super helpful and so nice. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Worst place ever, staff dosent know what they are doing, dr pericak ignornant and condescending, to patients, receptionist unprofessional, office packed with people, no social distancing, didnt contact my insurance company until 3 weeks after impressions taken for partial, mailed paperwork will take 4 to 6 weeks, if done online almost instant approval, just a total ripoff

Still the best in my book,very friendly staff,they make u as comfortable as u possibly can be,they dont want u to feel any pain if possible. Only dentist i trust:)

Beginning of pandemic my mother got very ill. I had an appointment on Monday and not knowing if she would be settled I called the office Friday morning and left a message that I would need to reschedule. The office was closed but they had an answering machine. When I called back to reschedule they informed me I was no longer a patient due to that missed appointment . Never took into account the 2-3 times they had called me to reschedule my appointment due to something on their end, Which was annoying but I accommodated, unprofessional in my opinion

If you wouldn't eat at a 2 star restraunt i wouldent go to a 2 star dentist. Good people in general but told both dentist of problems I had and ignored the problems. Been in multiple times, you pretty much have it be half a dentist yourself to go here because they seem to have troubles seeing problems, they want you in fast and out fast, feels like a money grab vs proper care.

My experience at Pericak,s office was wonderful considering my fear of the dentist chair ,comfortable setting very professional and he did a great job on my teeth . I will continue to go there and you should to .

They Are GR8. I like a lot other have a bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. They comforted me and handled my anxiety. Very professional and a great bedside manor. You won't regret going to them.

Friendly staff, good with explaining things and got me in and out in a timely manner! I hate waiting around! Would highly recommend to everyone!
