By far the WORST dentist I've ever been to in my entire life. Bad customer service. Dr is very rough and careless about his work. Will never return.

So I've been a customer for 20 yrs and because they canceled my appointment during covid and I did not try to reschedule before now they won't let me come in for a cleaning its been to long. ILL GO ELSEWHERE.

Dr. Mckee and his staff are always so pleasant and thorough. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

So disappointed in the way I was treated. I had fallen on the concrete, broke my tooth off and was in extreme pain and bleeding . I went to my dentist Dr. McGee and the office manager was extremely rude. She yelled at me and told me that I had to get out and that there were no appointments available until March. Several staff gathered around and not one offered to help me No one even asked if I was ok. I have never felt so mistreated in a professional healthcare office. I went to Guthrie Dental and they took me right in and helped me and showed extreme compassion. As a healthcare leader myself , I am mortified that you allow such behavior in your office and so was my nurse manager who had accompanied me to your office!!! Myself and my family have been coming there for 6 years. We will not be recommending your services to anyone!!!!

Dr. Steve is a great dentist and a caring human. Most dentists I've had don't know what that means. He helps fix dental decay and is an extraction wizard. We are so lucky to have him in Waverly, NY.
