Im Dr. Stephen Spencer, and Id like to welcome you to our dental practice. To me, life as a dentist is a life of service. For over 35 years, I have been privileged to serve my patients comprehensively. I have mentored with some of the most gifted clinicians in the country, and Ive developed a broad skill set, so I can confidently provide general, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced dental care to the people of the Great Falls region.
As much as I love the science of dentistry, it is the people that I most enjoy. I treasure the opportunities Ive had to serve the public and families who have come to trust and rely on our services. I am proud of my team and the care we provide. In 2011, I was thrilled to be awarded the Clinical Excellence Award by the Montana Dental Association. I have always strived for excellence, and receiving this award was one of the most fulfilling moments of my career. The responsibility that goes with this recognition drives me to be the best I can be. I hope my commitment is reflected in every interaction I have with you.
Committed to excellence Dr. Spencer has participated in numerous professional organizations. He has been a past member of the Capital City Study Club, the Montana Endodontic Study Club and a current member of the Montana Study Club. He is a mentor for CRE, Clinical Restorative Excellence in Seattle. He is a member of the Montana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Spencer has a real passion for dentistry. It is reflected in the friendly and caring staff and the state of art facility they practice in. His commitment to quality care and devotion to taking care of people is his trademark.
As a general dentist, he has expertise in a broad range of dental services. He has a special interest in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. His training in implant dentistry offers the option to permanently replace missing teeth. The office is specially licensed in conscious sedation, so all dental services can be completed comfortably with little recollection or memory of anything being done.

Dr. Spencer and his crew are the best in the business as far as I've seen. I busted out a few front teeth and they have put me back together like it never even happened. Also I am very appreciative of the way they have worked with me on scheduling and getting multiple things accomplished with each visit. I have never had a bad experience at Dr. Spencer's office, all the staff are very caring and courteous. I have never cared going to the dentist but they always make me feel at ease when I am there. I would recommend Dr. Spencer for your dental care he is very thorough and explains things in a way you can understand.

Dr. Spencer is the best! My dentist since he began practicing. He surrounds himself with excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent coworkers. The above provides for the best dental care you could possibly ask for! Kelly, my hygienist is very sweet and caring, as are all the ladies who work there. A new DA Bree is very gentle and a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Spencer and ALL his staff are the greatest. They really care about your dental health and each patient as an individual. Someone mentioned that they had their dental work done elsewhere for much less cost and to be leary of Dr. Spencer's charges. All I can say is to be leary of someone willing to do the work for much less..........you know what they say...you get what you pay for. I will stick with Dr. Spencer as he does the work the right way...no shortcuts.

The entire staff at Dr. Spencer's office is great! From the front staff members (Alicia and the gang...sorry I've forgotten names) to Janell, my fabulously competent Dental Hygienist! My family has been with Dr. Spencer for over 20 years, having gotten his recommendation from 1-800-DENTIST when my daughter was barely 3 years old. He is fabulous with kids and he does great work! UPDATE 6/9/2022: STILL with Dr. Spencer and his wonderful staff. Sabrina is my extremely meticulous dental hygienist. She is FABULOUS! If you are looking for a great dental practice, I would highly recommend Dr. Spencer.
