Dr. Stephen Hale is thrilled to work alongside a highly skilled and accomplished dentist, Dr. Alyson Nguyen. Together, theyre able to offer a range and quality of services that you just wont find anywhere else, and they make it easy for patients to get everything they need in one convenient location. As a child, Dr. Hales family dentist was named Dr. Schlitt. He greatly admired the man and wanted to be just like him. Over time, he also realized that he greatly enjoyed using his hands to build things and be of benefit to others. Today, he couldnt be prouder to have the same job as Dr. Schlitt and use his talents to provide life-changing care to people in need each day.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stephen F. Austin University, Dr. Hale achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. Since then, he has amassed over 500 hours of continuing education, including studies in Advanced Anterior Esthetics at the Las Vegas Institute, TMJ disorders at the Dawson Academy, esthetic restorations with the Seattle Study Club, anesthesia and pain control with the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, hands-on dental implant coursework, and much more. He loves having a diverse knowledge of dentistry and will never stop learning!
Dr. Hale is married to Marie; in fact, they first met in high school. They have a grown son named Alex. When he isnt busy caring for teeth, one of Dr. Hales biggest passions is gardening its his sanctuary! He loves roses, geraniums, plumeria, bougainvillea, azaleas, and the general beauty of nature. He even has a peaceful koi pond. Other hobbies include skiing (just blue and green slopes definitely no black), scuba diving, and hiking in the mountains. He is currently picking up tennis again and also loves golfing, although he may or may not be very good at it.

From the minute i walked in the door i felt at home. The staff all around is very kind with great bedside manner. They explained everything in depth and dr hale himself is amazing. By far the best dentist office ive been to in a long time i highly recommended him

I've been with Dr. Hale for well over 20 years! One of the things I love about this office is the feeling of trust. I have asked Dr. Hale about things I may have been concerned about, and he always gives me an honest answer. I wouldn't know the difference if he told he needed to repair something or not, but he always assures me and doesn't do any unnecessary work. He advised me a few years back that my teeth were crowding to the point of future problems with keeping them clean and gum disease. I knew this was true because I was having problems with even getting floss down in some areas. So, he advised that Invisalign would help, but it was totally up to me. I did it and I could not have been happier! He and his staff were with me through the whole process! My teeth are straight and beautiful plus all areas are easy to keep clean now. I'm 70 years old, and totally committed to Dr. Hale and his wonderful crew!

Our family has been patient's of Dr. Hale for many years now. We love the way he interacts with his patients and the genuine concern he shows is. I personally have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work but Dr. Hale and his assistant Becky really put me at ease. Also Taylor is top notch and really stays on top of the billing and appointments. Thanks Dr. Hale and team for all you do.
