Stephen B. Oldroyd, DMD Dr. Oldroyd majored in pre-dentistry and minored in German at Brigham Young University. He then relocated to Oregon to attend dental school at Oregon Health & Science University. Practicing dentistry in Medford since January of 2001, he attends several continuing education courses each year. Favorite topics of study include orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, emergency medical procedures, and nitrous oxide sedation so that he can better serve his patients. Dr. Oldroyd provides excellent care for his patients in the following order of importance: health, function and aesthetics.
Dr. Oldroyd spent 30 months in Berlin, Germany, on a church mission. He also spent two years in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Texas, Vietnam and Thailand. Dr. Oldroyd has been married to the love of his life for over 30 years. They have seven children and several grandchildren. In his spare time, our dentist enjoys music and aviation as an instrument-rated, certified flight instructor.
Dr. Oldroy is very professional, gentle and very knowledgable and a perfectionist when it comes to your teeth. Also, the staff is very friendly and I love the complementary warm wax hand treatment! :)
Having been referred to Dr. Oldroyds office was the best thing ever.The staff is great. They show they care for the patients in a much more attentative way. They get involved and show that they care for your concerns. I love this clininc and staff. They take real good care of you and your smile.

Going to Steven's dental office is always pleasant and calming. Very professional and friendly from the Dr. through the staff. We have been going there ever since we moved to So. Oregon, 20 years ago. And where else can you get candy after visiting the dentist!

From the second that you walk thru the doors of McAndrews Dental Into the beautifully decorated waiting area and the warm welcome from the staff, you know you've picked the right place for your dental health. I was just tagging along with doctor Oldroyd's patient today (as we travel to get there... about an hour)and I was welcomed into the room with her, offered a warm hand wax with warm gloves AND a warm neck cozy along with my friend the patient! Something to drink was was offered several times and genuine sincere care was given by both Doctor Oldroyd and his staff... what wonderful EXTRAS when you're feeling rushed to " get it over with" or uncomfortable with a serious procedure. Dr.Oldroyd was professional & personable during the whole "new crown" experience, which is made right on premises with the newest computer technologies! Both my friend and her husband highly recommend Dr.Oldroyd and if I lived closer I would choose to use his services!

I absolutely love this dental office! I have been going here for over 20 years and won't go anywhere else. You really get treated like family and Dr. Oldroyd is fantastic. There are some true GEMS here! Sheryl and Heidi, I always enjoy seeing your smiling faces and adore you both so much! If you are looking for an office that will really take care of you and make it enjoyable to go to the dentist, then this is the office you should go to!

My husband and I love going to Dr Oldroyd's office. From the greeting as we walk in to the goodie basket to rummage through on the way out, it makes going to the dentist a pleasure. All the little things they do for you is remarkable. Dr Oldroyd leads by his good example; his staff works hard to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They definitely deserve 5 stars!!

I had a crown replaced was a very positive experience. The whole team is very concerned about the comfort of the patient. The Dr explains each and every procedure. Making is a very informative experience also.

I enjoy going to my dentist now, the atmosphere and staff are very welcoming, and my hygienists is awesome to work with. She has such a soft touch when cleaning my teeth that I can't wait for my next appointment. My whole family goes there and everyone says the same thing. I would recommend any family to Dr Stephen B. Oldroyd office for all there dental needs. And thanks for giving us beautiful smiles for years to come.

Prices are VERY inconsistent. Five star reviews are only on here because they promise free items. They threaten you with collections after refusing to answer your calls. Dr. Oldroyd chipped my tooth and basically told me it was my fault. Run.

Best staff and dental office I have ever visited. The atmosphere is calming, you can soak your hands in wax or be offered a neck wrap. I am not a dentist person but I enjoy my dental technician, gentle but amazing cleaning. Dr. Makes you feel comfortable. Everyone is so nice and if you are good you get to pick from the adult box for a treat. Might be a item for the house or another fun item.
