Dr.Stephens and staff are amazing! I had to have a filling on my front tooth done and I was a little worried about going back to the dentist during a global pandemic. My concerns were gone once I set foot inside her beautiful and clean facility! I felt very safe thanks to all the Covid protocols in place. Dr. Stephens is so gentle, my filling blends perfectly with my other teeth. You'd never even know it was there if I didn't point it out! I don't love the dentist, but I can say I genuinely enjoy my six month visits now that I've found her!

We have been going to Loeffler - Pitt for nearly 20 years! They are like family on one hand, the most caring people but also a most professional team, from the doctors to the technicians, and assistants. What ever the situation, they are quick to schedule and highly knowledgeable and skilled at tackling it in the most up to date facilities.

I arrived in Lancaster County years ago and randomly pulled this practice out of the yellow pages and have never been sorry - professional in every sense of the word, friendly people, genuine concern for the patient's dental health. As close as you can possibly come to enjoying a trip to the dentist.

Dr. Stephens and her staff are very professional, understanding, and explain what is involved with the procedure answering all questions clearly. I never feel rushed and get the best care possible. Their administrative assistant Lisa has been so helpful with scheduling appointments and returning all calls promptly. She is welcoming and always has a smile on her face to greet you. I am so pleased with the care I get and will recommend Dr. Stephens and her dental pracice to all of my family and friends. Great job to all!!

New to area , These folks made me feel at home. Was very happy with their service , very nice facility. Would rate them better than my dentist back home, which I thought was the best in town.
